Great stay, staff is friendly and knowledgeable . The location is great for walking tours of downtown Nashville attractions.

Attended a conference and stayed at this hotel. Wonderful Free breakfast, close proximity to many entertainment options.

Great location, room was large with l-shaped couch and privacy panel between bed, included breakfast buffet which had good selection and food kept hot and refilled

Pros: Hotel is brand new and clean , free breakfast and nice lobby area. Cons: Cleaning crew didn’t restock towels, toiletries and left a mess in the bathroom which was surprising. Returned to homeless crack heads fighting outside with one of them following me back to hotel from broadway and screaming , when I complained to security outside he did nothing. Strange , be safe walking back the dark Street once you’re past the strip.

Easy walk to Broadway, Country Music Hall of a Fame, The Ryman, the Cumberland river, the Bridgestone Arena. The best location in Nashville.

The Hyatt Place in Downtown Nashville is one our favorite weekend destinations! Being sble to walk to almost every venue in town is so Great! Breakfast included in the price with 3 or 4 options for local fare within 4 blocks, too. staff is polite, professional and helpful.

We were in Nashville for a mini vacation to see the eclipse. The Hyatt is close to all the bars on Broadway, close to the football stadium and other downtown attractions. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, standard free breakfast at a better chain. There were scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, hard boiled eggs, French toast or pancakes or potatoes, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee, tea....nice presentation of the buffet, and laid out such that there are 2 paths. They have a limited service bar in the lobby. Room decor was very nice, comfy bed, great shower, etc. We didn't swim, but did look at the pool, it was disappointing only because properties next to the Hyatt had outdoor rooftop pools - this one was indoors and nothing special. That's probably a plus in the winter though. Staff was very accommodating and professional. We don't leave our room very early, and for a couple of the days our room was not made up. This is not really a problem, but many hotels leave a note saying they missed tidying up, and to call the desk for new towels, or whatever. They didn't do that here. Again, not a really a complaint because we had the DND sign out, and they didn't disturb us.

The hotel was nice and clean. When we needed anything the front desk responded promptly.

One of the main reasons we paid more and chose this hotel over the others was because of the pool. Well, the pool was closed and we were not compensated for it. Could have saved plenty of money staying somewhere else that didn't have a pool. Other than that, rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is close to Broadway.

Spacious hotel, great location! Close walking distance to restaurants, site seeing, bars.

Very clean We got there early and they let us check in 2 hours earlier which was pretty good Bed and pillow very comfortable Over all good Will be our. Choice in Nashville Complementary breakfast excellent

The hotel itself is very nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. We asked for toilet paper in our room, and had to wait a few hours to get it. In the end , we went to find the housekeeping lady to get some. When we called to ask for more towels, the staff on the phone was not very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and warm .. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown Nashville and to this fabulous restaurant called The Southern

It was an easy and fast walk to broadway street and many local attractions! The breakfast was great, and the accommodations and staff were perfect

Great hotel in an excellent location. Comfortable beds, clean hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Have already recommended it to friends. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for two of my three nights in Nashville. I made the mistake of switching to a hostel on the second night in order to save money. I regretted that decision and moved back to the Hyatt for the third night.

Great hotel - close to DT and 1 block from Country Music Hall of Fame! Great breakfast buffet!

Very nice Hotel within walking distance to everything.

I had the best experience at the Hyatt in downtown Nashville. The staff is phenomenal. Morgan at check-in was so professional, kind, andinformative. I've never had a better experience in a hotel.

It was a fine hotel I would reccomend but it did not blow me away as a good value for the money.

Dear Lori, I wanted to take a second to apologize for the pool being down. Unfortunately a part for our pump went out that we had to special order but is now back up and running. I sincerely hope that during your time with us here in Music City you had the opportunity to experience everything we are known for. Sincerely, George Varela Front Desk Manager
