The in-room coffee was terrible! I have stayed at lower tiered hotels with better coffee. At $300 per night I feel like the Hyatt should do better. It was nice to have an indoor pool, but it was so hot in there and the chlorine smell was overpowering. The pillows were lumpy as well. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, the hotel did not live up to the Hyatt reputation of years past!

The breakfast was great!! They have some of the best breakfast out of all the hotels we have stayed in. The only complaint we had was the parking garage. The space is very small. Not even enuff room to get out of your vehicle. You have to squeeze out of your vehicle. The parking should have been free. The location downtown is great. Everything is in walking distance downtown so I can see why the parking is not free.

Arrived at 2PM and they would not allow us to check in without paying $35. I understand that normal check in is at 4PM but come on, 2 hours? I have never had this happen anywhere. Only negative, otherwise happy with our stay.

Excellent property with extremely hospitable staff ..I would like to recognize Logan for being v helpful and accommodating. Easy access to dining, locations , etc Rooms are v nice - spacious and bathroom is excellent .. the living space is great ! Highly recommend this hotel !

I called a week before my check in to confirm our room would have 2 beds. Was confirmed for 2 beds but they told me to call day of to be sure. Called day of, confirmed again we would have 2 beds with no issues. Arrived to be told they only have 1 bed rooms and we are out of luck.

Very clean, convenient to Broadway. Parking garage entry didn’t work until you checked in but no where to park while doing that and nobody was outside for valet parking
