Lovely hotel and really central. Room was very spacious and clean with lots of light. Staff were really helpful and friendly (in particular Charlotte and Kelcie). Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I checked into my room and before I went to go lay down. I saw something crawling on the bed by the pillows. The room had bed bugs. I packed up and had to leave the hotel and drive 7 and a half hours home. This was a very bad experience. I’ll never book with Hyatt again.
