Our visit at the Hyatt in Downtown Nashville was less than okay. We were visiting with our two young children, and small dog. We planned to stay for 2 nights, however the first night, we received a noise complaint for our dog. He quieted down within about 2 minutes, and was quiet for the reminder of the night — but, this was all before even 10:30p. On our second day, the dog was only in the hotel during the early afternoon for a few hours. We then took him out with us in the late afternoon. While out, I received a call from the hotel stating they received another noise complaint for the dog and that we needed to “remove the dog or find another place for him,” — again, the dog was presently with us. I kindly requested when the complaint was made, as I did not understand how it was possible to get a complaint when he was currently with us. They stated they would look into it, but they knew they had “gotten several complaints.” Regardless, we decided to not stay that evening, as we did not want to become a bother or potentially be asked to leave later that evening. Victoria, the front desk supervisor, was not very kind and again when I requested the times the complaints came in, I could not be provided with them. Nevertheless, the hotel does not seem to be very “pet-friendly,” as stated. Parking was expensive at $36/night and the key card access didn’t even work for entry or departure during our entire stay which was a hassle. We will not be returning to this Hyatt.

Room had a great view. Hotel was quiet and staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Only a few blocks from downtown! We felt safe as well

Very friendly and helpful staff, even in the middle of a pandemic

The location was convenient and you could walk to most things. There is a dollar general across the street if you need to make a convince store run. They do have an indoor pool, although the pool area is not spectacular. They brag of their kitchen and breakfast but due to COVID, it’s no longer a buffet but more of a “grab and go” type set up. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. There was plenty of parking when I went & if it were to get full there is an unaffiliated lot across the street. I just wish as a woman traveling alone with children, I would have been aware of the large homeless population in the area of the hotel. My teenage daughter was approached by someone who was quite aggressive, so I just want everyone to be aware of that in the area.

Everything was Great. Will recommend to all our friends. Great rooms, parking, etc. walking distance to a lot of places for shopping or drinking/eating. Entertaining for sure.

Room was clean, staff was very nice. Only complaint is even on the 8th floor you can hear a lot going on outside. Would still stay here again.

I liked the view of downtown and walking distance to many things

Very nice place quick and easy! Clean and staff awesome

the room and hotel were clean however my buddys car was broken into in the garage and his drone was stolen.

Great location at the best price. Room was very spacious, clean and updated.

Very convenient to Broadway and the fun music district
