Very nice Hotel within walking distance to everything.

I had the best experience at the Hyatt in downtown Nashville. The staff is phenomenal. Morgan at check-in was so professional, kind, andinformative. I've never had a better experience in a hotel.

It was a fine hotel I would reccomend but it did not blow me away as a good value for the money.

The staff was super accommodating and allowed us check-in 4 hours early. The weekend continental breakfast was excellent! And the rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable! We'll certainly stay here again on our next trip to wonderful Nashville!!!

Hyatt Place downtown Nashville is a couple blocks away from the Honky Tonks which makes it great for families and couples.

We went the week after our wedding to Nashville and chose the Hyatt place because of family recommendation and it's location to downtown and couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was amazing but once the staff found out it was our mini-moon, they took it up a notch. When we checked in the upgraded our room to the king suite, delivered a special honeymoon gift, and even made sure we were taken care of at Bakersfield on our way out of town. The staff were amazing, super respectful and it was so amazing, when we go to Nashville that's the only place we'd stay. You will not be disappointed.

Room was nice and updated. From the 6th floor you could hear the traffic below. Not sure how to fix that, but a little annoying. Lobby was way too cold. Convenient parking, but $30 a night is a outragous.

Great location, great staff, great free breakfast, attached parking, what more do you need?!

The hotel was comfortable and convenient to the areas we wanted to explore. The staff was very helpful.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming. The location was conveniently located to restaurants and bars.

Great experience, clean and beautiful. Breakfast in the morning is very good!

Clean. Convenient. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Construction woke us up early everyday & $29.00/day to park were only negatives.

Very nice place. Close to all venues in downtown. Would stay there again in the future

This hotel was AWESOME!!! A VERY friendly, accommodating management & support staff. We felt safe and could walk to anyplace we wanted to visit while in Nashville this trip. Many good-great places to eat in the vicinity... Broadway Avenue was a short, two block walk away from our hotel door. I would definitely stay here again! Brian Holwerda (Dutch) was the BEST... He gave us his undivided attention, offered suggestions, gave directions, and so much more. Keep up the great work!

For the price, this place was well worth it. It was walking distance to the Music City Center as well as the Broadway strip with all the Live Music. Would definitely book this place again for my work trip.

Our stay could not have been more perfect!!! Clean room, very close to Broadway and awesome staff that went above and beyond to please!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

I was only at the hotel for a short period but it was a pleasant stay. Nice gym. Clean. There was no water in the room which I thought was a bit amateur. But there was free wireless which is a nice perk. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from Broadway. We were able walk to everything downtown. The room was nice...I liked that it had a seating area.

Arrived in Nashville early on my daughters 21st birthday. The hotel graciously let us check in a little early! The staff was friendly and helpful. Their was even live music in the lobby.

Dear Andrea, We appreciate the time you took to review our property. We are so glad that every aspect of your stay that we could control was as wonderful as it could have been. Unfortunately, Hyatt, in fact, does find itself between construction and more construction. Due to Nashville being the most rapidly expanding city in America, many, if not all, hotels find themselves with noise from this or that. We do, of course, always have fans and ear plugs to offer to the guest and if that doesn't help, we offer noise canceling machines. I hope your last stay hasn't totally sullied our brand and also do hope you give us another chance once the construction has completed around the hotel. Sincerely, Jonathan, Front Desk Supervisor
