Convenient to airport Nice room Good shower Nice breakfast

We paid in full to Orbitz. Upon arrival they took our cards ( one for each room ) for incidentals but charged our cards like we never paid. They are not returning calls. It’s very frustrating, we filed fraudulent charges on our card. They canceled our card and it will take 7-10 business days to get new ones. Major inconvenience for nothing we did wrong

I asked to check into the hotel 45 mins early. I was told I couldn’t because it would hurt others feelings. However as I sat in the lobby I watched others get check in from another front desk representative. I went back up and was able to check in with the other rep. The bedding and furniture was clean but the carpet was disgusting. The bathroom door had no lock or inners to the handle. I was afraid to close the door. It appeared someone got stuck in there and they had to pry the door open. The actual door to the room was super heavy and hard to get open because it stuck. The USB plugs by the bed did not work so my phone did not charge while I was in the room which I did not realize until I unplugged it. I will never stay at this hotel or a same hotel in a different location as this hotel shows they do not care about their guests.

This has become our go-to hotel for Park and Fly. The hotel is nice, quiet, and we can conveniently park there and take the free shuttle to the airport. There is a small fee for the parking itself. They don't have continental breakfast that we've seen but they do have coffee. This hasn't been an issue for us since we usually leave so early. The shuttles run 24 hours so we haven't had any issues getting to or from the airport and the staff has always been extra friendly.

Caused us significant issues by canceling us the night imof before we arrived the night of our reservation in Nashville. Had to scramble to find anywhere to book for the night. Cost additional fees and more the night of in a terrible area outside of the the city.

Any staff that I encountered were very friendly. I only stayed one night because the hotel is very convenient to the airport. The carpets are not clean-looking at all!

The dining area wasn't very clean. I couldn't find a clean table to eat at. The breakfast left much to be desired but I guess what do you expect for free. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations and they were much nicer.

Very close to the airport. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and water was not draining. The front desk gentleman said he will have maintenance look into it, but it was fixed not during our stay. The front desk individuals were very unprofessional and staring at my daughter when we tried to print our boarding passes at the computer opposite to the front desk.

It was very noisy all night long. I did not sleep at all because of the noise. No fault of the hotel staff!

Everything seemed ok until we actually checked in our room. we didn't make a big deal about it since we were only staying one night and on our way St Louis. The room was horrible. it looked like there was water damage in the corner by the air conditioning unit. the hotel could stand to remodel and invest in new sheets. carpet was dingy as well. we didn't take showers in the bathroom. housekeeping decided that it wasn't important to take the trash out so the hallway stuck which attracted a gang of gnats. will never stay here again.

Incredibly courteous and professional staff from the front desk to the kitchen crew to the shuttle drivers !

There was excessive noise for a late weekday evening, and our door handle was broken. It frequently stuck to rubber and made entry difficult.

Hotel needs updating badly. There was a door in our hallway on the 2nd floor that looked like someone had tried to break into the room. The pool had a lot of leaves in the bottom of it and pool toys floating around in it. Staff came out to restock pool towels but did not take care of leaves or toys. Refrigerator in room did not work and our food spoiled overnight. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Any staff that I encountered were very friendly. I only stayed one night because the hotel is very convenient to the airport. The carpets are not clean-looking at all!
