Very quiet and affordable for visiting downtown Nashville

advertised free breakfast - no free breakfast and blamed TN health department for COVID - Other hotels offer breakfast so total bull. Slime on the fridge, microwave, and bathtub. tub drain did not work, comforter had stains on it. heating/cooling didn't work, terrible neighborhood, sewage stench outside of our room

Do not stay here .had to ask for housekeeping very noisy at night no breakfast as advertised. Very run down

You can do way better.

I specifically booked this hotel due to the airport shuttle. We were arriving late and had an early flight. It showed that they had airport shuttle as well as free breakfast. When we got there the check in process was very awkward and the man at the desk very rude. There was a big sign outside that said Free Dlux Breakfast. The lobby was locked, no free shuttle and no breakfast. we ended up going to a paid parking lot early the next morning. Bad experience overall based on advertised expectations.

Fair price for what you received. Breakfast was decent. Had some noisy neighbors late night temporarily, but that was no fault of the staff.

The beds were very nice. The pool was okey. The rooms should have been out carpet because of allergy.

I wished that they had shuttle service to and from the airport. I would have stayed there the last night of my trip had that been the case.

Everything was clean. Advertised for a deluxe breakfast but this was not the case.

The staff was polite and octave free breakfast if needed. The property is rundown and needs some fixing up but we were only there 1 night so it was fine for us.

Worst pillows ever, very small towels in shower, vent in bathroom falling off of the wall

Nice and comfortable for the price. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more conscientous.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was not the best. Eggs were over cooked.

This hotel was adequate and provided good services. Internet access was good and flowed at a reasonable speed. The morning breakfast was OK but lacked oatmeal. Waffles were a plus and also scrambled eggs.

Bugs were on the bed. Old food was left in the refrigerator. The shower had hair on the walls in the shower. I was moved to the other side of the hotel. I will never stay at this location again
