14/15 11:58 pm for tomorrow 12:00 am machine number 15/16 error ticket should have waited 3 pm hotel ... wrote return or exchange for 14/15 does not accept ... I will not order again, this is a company ... I have already lost the ticket twice, the last guide and today
We’re following up on your request for us to cancel your booking and to reach out to Town Inn and ask if they could issue a refund.
Unfortunately though, we just called the Town Inn to make the case for your refund. We pushed for flexibility, but since your booking was non-refundable and doesn’t allow any exceptions, they’re sticking with their policy and won’t issue a refund. They confirmed that you were able to used the the reservation last night.
We know this is disappointing. We always advocate for more flexibility for our travelers, but properties have strict cancellation policies and there's nothing more we can do.
