The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. My only issue with the hotel was that on three separate occasions during our stay, even though the do not disturb sign was hanging on the door, housekeeping entered the room without knocking.
Nice clean hotel, fast check in , bed comfortable.
We enjoyed our three nights stay at this location.
Stayed here and was able to get to everywhere in Nashville with ease. Hotel was clean. Not the most modern, but it was still nice. The breakfast was amazing and you couldn't ask for more.
Good choice already have told people that will be visiting Nashville to book the hotel
This hotel is run perfectly. Rooms are spacious, fresh and renovated. Beds are amazing, easily 5* quality. Staff is impeccable. Location is perfect for those with a car, 5-10min from downtown nashville on a single nice avenue, no need for gps. Breakfast is better than lots of 4* hotels. Pool area was pretty small but water was very clean.
Clean rooms, very helpful staff and grateful breakfast
Only 15 minutes to Vanderbilt. Clean, comfortable, large room. BIG bed.
Just in town for one night. Looking for reasonably priced hotel that was convenient and no frills. This hotel was perfect for my needs.
Needed convenient hotel for overnight prior to special needs child next day surgery
The hotel was clean and updated. The problem was the neighborhood there was an abandoned house behind the hotel with vagrants on the front porch.
I booked this hotel for one night on my way down to Texas. The first and biggest drawback with the hotel was its street address. Despite being next to the highway, it was impossible for my GPS to find. I had to stop and ask for directions in order to find the place. The room I had was okay, a king size bed with sleeper sofa. I did notice a stain on a cushion that the cleaning crew must have missed. The bed also made me a little itchy too. The selection of breakfast items and hours breakfast was available are limited. The selection was pretty much your standard continental breakfast but the hours available were limited as well. I had a long drive ahead of me and wanted an early start. I would wished breakfast was opened earlier than it was as well. Overall, this hotel is okay if you are staying over night, but any longer... I don't know.
Stayed here for one night during a visit to Vanderbilt. It was very quite and well worth the money. The breakfast is what you would expect, basic cereal muffins and some type of eggs. Wifi works fine, mini fridge and microwave in the room looked new. Overall decent place
TV could've worked better but convenient location near venue.
The hotel was under renovation on the exterior upon our arrival. This caused us some concern however once inside the building we were not aware of the work going on. The facility meet our needs for our brief overnight stay. The desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with our local travel questions.
Small/quaint hotel with almost everything we needed. Would have been nice to have shuttle service to downtown Nashville but other than that, perfect. Room very clean and comfy. Staff very friendly. Microwave and fridge were nice additions. Hotel also has a gym if you need to get in a workout.
We stayed here while visiting Nashville to save money instead of staying downtown. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville, but is incredibly convenient and right off the highway. It was comfortable and quiet. We did not use the fitness center but it looked nice.
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was cozy and the staff was very nice. If I'm ever attending another concert at the same venue I will defintely stay here again.
Everything was ready from all the paper work to the A/C working, it 99 degrees there.
Friendly service. The eggs were awful! They were little squares with no taste! We decided to eat out after first morning. The ad said full breakfast! Everything was cooked from a microwave!
