Clean, quiet and nice
Front desk help was very nice to check in and check out. The carpet in our room was disgusting, to the point that my feet were black after just going to the bathroom and back. The area is not the nicest but there are good restaurants within a few miles. The pool was nice and clean but there was people coming in and out that were not staying at the hotel, since the pool is right on the street. One good thing is that the place was quiet even having the highway right behind. There is a walgreens across the street and a kroger within walking distance. Breakfast was fairly decent. Very unlikely I will stay here again.

Affordable and extremely clean, friendly and professional staff, convenient location. Have made it a habit to stay here when traveling. The staff are really polite, friendly, and professional, it's next to a Walgreen's which is nice, and can't stress how clean it's been every time I've stayed here.
The desk clerk was awesome. He was friendly and very professional. Goodattitude and he answered every question that we had.
I thought the staff were polite and the place was up to date and clean. The bad thing is our room 214 smelled like cat or dog urine so bad it was nauseating. We arrived Saturday night and dropped our bags in the room and left. Late that night we arrived and I realized how terrible the smell was. The next day we left early. We left the window open but it didn't help. My daughter stayed in room 201 and she said the smell came through the door. The owners of the hotel know this room stinks and they gave us it anyway. I payed a fair price for that room. This must be what the absolutely no animal policy is about. They could of changed the carpets after they found animals were ruining their rooms. I'm so disappointed, I did tell the manager when we left. He acted surprised which I know was not truthful. I handled it wrong I should of insisted on a room change. My daughter's room was very nice.

what i didn't like was the fact we got there a day early and asked for a room.i asked for a discount because the price they wanted was a crazy amount as to what we paid .. with a straight face he said no that was the last room. with two cars in the parking lot. went across the street to the comfort inn and had no problem getting a $50 discount..next time in Nashville going to the comfort inn.
