Up to date and modern. Finding the office was a little hard. Need more signage.

Compared to other Knights Inn properties in the city, this one is king. The outside of the property could absolutely benefit from a face-lift, but I was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean my hotel room was. This is probably one of the best 2-star hotels in the city, and location is prime; right off of Interstate 24 on the Eastern Leg of the downtown loop. I will definitely be back.

There were stains and hair on our towels/sheets. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The pool hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, the floor was dirty and dead flies/a dead bird were floating in the pool. One of the receptionists wasn’t that friendly and would only give close to one word responses.

Good value for money

The property could use several updates and cleaning. They advertised free breakfast which is not true they do not have breakfast. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

You basically get what you pay for! First the keys had to be reprogrammed twice since for some reason they stopped working. You can hear ppl in other rooms since the walls were so thin. The bathroom door in the room locked it’s self so we had to have someone open it from the outside otherwise you’d be stuck in there. The shower water temperature stayed lukewarm didn’t go pass that. But if you are looking for a place to just sleep and go then this is the place

Helpful staff, clean and comfy bed

Close to downtown but advertised breakfast but didn't have.

The stay was fine, nothing wrong with the room or area around it. Only problem I had was with the front desk. We came in early on our red eye flight and I had called about 8am to see if we could get in as soon as they had beds available. First I was told noon, so I waited until noon and went in and the guy at the desk told me it wouldn’t be until one pm. I told him I called earlier and was told noon and that my family is exhausted. He then told me to come back at 1230pm and try again. In the end it worked out and we were able to rest, but the inconsistencies and lack of care for their customers to me wasn’t great.

Dirty

The front office and around the property look really crappy. The rooms were nice but the rest needs to be cleanup/spruced up.

I booked the hotel room for a triathlon I had registered for, so it was just a quick trip. It was only myself this time. If my wife and/or kids would have come along, I probably would not have stayed here. The room was clean for sure. Just the area was a little sketchy to me. There were lots of people just hanging out outside of their rooms and couldn't tell if they were guests or what. For a one night stay, fine.

Parking Lot: Not enough parking spaces to park...a lot ofconstruction workers taking up two or three parking spaces!!! Also, parking spaces too narrow to close to cars on both sides in order to get out of car or to get your things in or out of car. Stairwells: Gross horrible smell like a garbage trash bin. And the constant smell of people smoking Marijuana!!! Other than that I like the place!

The room had most all the amenities but there were a lot of people living there. It seemed unsafe.

Pretty lobby & rooms

The rooms have box. Need I say more

Bad was a double not a queen as stated. Almost like sleeping on a hard floor. No vending machines, yet signs every where on property stated otherwise. Mattress had holes all in it. Urine stains on mattress and cover. Ac barley put any cool air out. People were allowed to just hang around outside with beer cans in hand. Never again. Tje area of town was just aweful. Property looked like a complete dump. Paid way to much to stay there for the night.

Awesome hotel with good price, clean rooms.p0
