If they say you won’t be charged, they’re lying!

Made a reservation. Got there, they did not have our reservation. Someone else in our party got a room separately since they did not have my reservation. I was told I would not be charged, very rudely by the manager, the next morning. Well I was charged!

Room Troubles

Check-in was easy. Our room was fine. A/C didn’t do well at cooling off the room. fridge was unplugged so i had to move furniture to plug it in. Bathtub had some dirt on the bottom. If i were here multiple nights i may would have complained, but i just needed to survive 1 night lol.

This hotel was as advertised rooms were very clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Area around the hotel was rather sketchy, but otherwise never felt unsafe.
