The property and room were basic, but it was clean and had everything I needed: hairdryer, ironing board & iron, microwave & refrigerator. The staff was not very friendly and didn’t answer the phone when I called the front desk to get the Wi-Fi password. The other guests made me feel a little unsafe, one night they continued to make noise into the early morning. It’s not in walking distance of any shopping, restaurants or other attractions, but it’s only a $7 Uber ride to the entertainment district on Broadway. If you’re on a tight budget this place is sufficient.
My friends and I stayed at the Knights’ Inn for a night during a road trip. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable, it was not bad for the price we paid (100$), specially compared to the rest of the hotel prices in Nashville. The breakfast though was awful and also the surroundings of the Inn, lots of traffic and noise. I didn’t find them unsafe, and a good thing is that the access to the bedrooms was very well illuminated.
It was convenient
I booked online, the site says they have parking. What it didn't say is you have to pay to park. Check in clerk seemed to be in a mood. Asked two staff members a question, they just looked at me and smiled. That was my fault. I shouldn't have asked in english. My room was clean and nicer than I thought it would be. I wouldn't stay there again. For the money, I should have had a better experience and not been treated like I was an inconvenience.
The front desk clerk was rude, our TV didn’t work, there was 2 towels for a double queen room, we had to pay for parking. The Wi-Fi did not work either.
Checkin was quick and easy, staff at desk very friendly and responsive. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Price is very affordable for the area. Parking was ample and easily accessed to come and go. Only negatives was it was a noisy area and cleaner didn’t speak any English so hard to communicate.
The location is great and price was good! However room was very very dirty… the room smelled terrible (weed smell) the head board had nasty scum and prints all over it I had to wipe it down, there was one blanket and that’s in on the bed and it had cigarette burns in it there was no fitted sheet just a top sheet over the bed over a stained mattress protector holes and paint scratches everywhere small stained towels and a wash cloth that was used and still wet upon arrival and more dirty ness with the room The area is not amazing but doable across the street from top golf which was nice doable walk from Broadway and easy cheap Uber rides.. Location was good but overall room was gross and I felt gross the whole time thankfully I packed febreeze If it was cleaner I would stay again but not planning to return at this point…
I don't know how this came so highly starred. The noise of the street, the noise of people yelling at all hours of the night. The room had a slope to it. I put my level app on my phone and the floor and bed had a 5 degree slope. I know crazy right. This is a 2.5-3 * type of place, that for $80 a night cost, is not worth it. Not what I was expecting. I had to ask the check in host for my ID back, 3 times. Stay somewhere else
You get what you pay for. Great price and expectations were low to begin with. The property is old, neighborhood is questionable, but for a cheap place to crash, it's fine.
Location: 0.9 miles from Broadway. You won’t find a cheaper place to stay that close. Appears to be a sketchy area but the Uber driver said it was safe and it’s next to a top golf. Cleanliness: it was clean and I didn’t question the sheets being washed. Older mattress do a couple of stains underneath the mattress. I’m sure all places have it. Just with it being a remodel of an older property, it doesn’t feel as clean as something new, but it was clean. Biggest complaints: door could have closed tighter, staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly Highlights: can’t beat for the price, slow close toilet seats
Up to date and modern. Finding the office was a little hard. Need more signage.
Compared to other Knights Inn properties in the city, this one is king. The outside of the property could absolutely benefit from a face-lift, but I was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean my hotel room was. This is probably one of the best 2-star hotels in the city, and location is prime; right off of Interstate 24 on the Eastern Leg of the downtown loop. I will definitely be back.
There were stains and hair on our towels/sheets. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The pool hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, the floor was dirty and dead flies/a dead bird were floating in the pool. One of the receptionists wasn’t that friendly and would only give close to one word responses.
Good value for money
