I don’t like to write negative reviews but really felt like I had to warn others. After our flights were delayed we were now landing at midnight. We call the motel to make sure we would still be able to check in after midnight and we’re assured that wouldn’t be a problem, just call the number on the door and someone would come help us. So fast forward to 12:30am when we finally arrive. It’s dark and nobody is there. We call the number a few times and finally someone answers. A lady pulls up in a car carrying a small dog smelling of weed, we don’t care we just want our room key to get some sleep. She clicks a few buttons and then tells us she can’t help us that she doesn’t see our name and that the reservation probably canceled or was a no show since it was after midnight. We told her that we had called earlier in the day when our flights were delayed and we were assured it would be fine coming after midnight. She said sorry can’t help you, call me back if you get something figured out. Then locked the door and got back in her car and drove away. So we were left to drive around and find another place to sleep at 1am. Definitely one of the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had.
