The location is quite noisy, the side on which we stayed was. The bedding indicated is not queen size, it was double and old school spring base, so much noise 🙄 Public transport options limited. Rooms a good size with unstocked kitchenette. Clean bathroom

Meh

Our door (which lead outside) never fully sealed, as in there was a solid gap between door and frame. The lobby closed at 11 PM so we had to wonder around to find the outdoor stairs to get up.

Never again Nashville

Nothing about this place was as it was shown. No free breakfast. I would say more like apartments with some super sketchy tenants. Felt very unsafe.

I came late, personnel mentioned that room was given to a different client because it is pass midnight and that I would be charged cancellation fees. It was late night after 16 hour drive from NYC and I had to drive around to find me a room in a different hotel. Horrible experience as nobody called or notified me via email or text.

They overbooked the entire hotel so when we went to check in they said they had no rooms available and double booked our room. They said it was because they changed booking systems over a month ago, but we reserved the hotel a week ago so you would think the errors in the system would be fixed by now. Our reservation also showed on their system so we are not sure why they would not call in advanced since they could see all the rooms were double booked. Luckily we were able to stay at a hotel across the street after driving 10 hours and finding out we had no room to stay in. Very unfortunate experience.

Checked in and as I was driving around to the building my room was in I became very uneasy. There were people outside, and definitely some drug activity going on. Called the front desk to ask for a refund due to feeling unsafe and they only gave me half because they “had to” charge me for the first night even though all I did was walk in and walk out. Do not stay here, it’s not a safe area. After further investigation there was another person who couldn’t get an uber back to their hotel due to the area.

Not a bad place to stay. I was woken up several times a 3 or 4 am by kids running around and adults talking loud from nearby room. Pets barking in the night as well.

This hotel is an old hotel that has been recently updated but with the use of cheap materials lol Staff was pretty friendly, but I had to go back to the main lobby to get my key card changed and worked on three different times which was aggravating It was not a bad hotel overall, but the doors looked like they have been beat in by the FBI at time two lol there were gaps, but other than all the beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and it was a real quiet sleep.

Had to get switched to a second room because the television was not working. The second room was also not working so I gave up on that. Sketchy parking lot with drug activity. There are signs on every door going into the lobby saying they were closed from 10pm-6am every day. I went down to turn in my room key card at 6:35 am and all of the doors were locked. The rudest woman I have EVER experienced in a hotel came out a side door and yelled “We open at 7!” To which I responded “Then change your signs.” Then she snatched the key out of my hand and said next time to just leave it in my room and go. This woman DOES NOT need to be working this job if checking someone out is that big of an ordeal. Also, take the minute or so and print out new signs with the correct hours of the lobby. “Next time”??? I don’t think so. Besides all that, worst bed ever. Then having her be so incredibly rude and abrasive for absolutely no fault of my own… Please avoid this place if you can.

The shower was black and dirty. We saw bugs. The bed sheets were not the cleanest. The floors were covered in dirt. The walls were so thin you could hear every conversation. The area was sketchy and not safe. The pictures are a catfish compared to the actual room. The beds were loud and not comfortable. The only good part was the microwave and fridge.

The staff here were excellent and made us feel welcome. Angel was friendly and helpful. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The Irish Pub right on site was excellent! The hotel is dog friendly, which was a plus for us. However, our door didn’t seal all the way around and the peephole was broken. It locked fine. Unfortunately, there were people milling about on the back sides of the buildings at all hours. I didn’t feel as safe as I’d like for my daughter. When I was walking my dog before bed, I turned a corner and clearly interrupted someone doing something shady. They freaked out and I had to make a quick u-turn. Glad my dog was with me.
