Nothing else nothing else nothing else that is all for now

The Hilton Garden Inn offers a great location, nice amenities & friendly staff.

No room available, reservation not respected. Front desk lady rude.

The staff was very helpful but my girlfriend and myself came away with bed bug bites. Of course I spoke to a manager and he just blew it off and said they do not have bed bugs at Hilton. That was not the case. Went to the doctor and she confirmed it was bed bug bites. Not a pleasant experience. Felt like this property was not very understanding and just blew me off.

Overall it was a good experience. The motel is dated but clean and adequate. The staff Was Friendly and helpful

Great stay but don't forget to factor in the parking rate per day! Great location, walked to everything!

Very quiet, clean and close to everything was very close on proximoty. Breakfast was ok, and is the only reason o didn’t go be a full 5 stars. The food was a bit cold. Everything else was excellent!

Located minutes away from a number of points of entertainment (Ryman, Broadway, Convention Center, etc), this hotel is perfect for families to first time visitors to Nashville. Compared to other hotels in and around this area, this is a reasonable priced property that has everything that you need, The rooms are clean and the hotel in spotless, but the best part of the property is the location, location, location.

Only thing that bothered me, but this is a business hotel, is the restaurants were closed or reserved for business meetings. Other than that, the staff was awesome and the rooms and gym were clean. Hotel is near everything, but far enough from the Main Street that there was no noise.

Where to start? My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our stay. When we booked our hotel, we asked for a tub, and they didnt give us one. When we walked in and found no tub we asked to be moved. We were moved to a room with a tub and it took forever. When the tub was going to be used the next evening, we found out it didnt work. They sent a repair guy to try and 'fix it.' Which was a lie to delay what was to come. I guess all tubs on "this side of the floor are for show." Why would we ask for tub if we were not going to use it? To look at it? When we asked to be moved again, they a took awhile to move us to a room. We were waiting outside in the hall waiting to go to the room they told us to. When we go into the room they said they would bring us the keys ASAP so we could go on with our day. It took only 2 phones calls and and hour and a half of waiting to finally get them. Which required me to walk down there and ask for them as we were walking out for dinner.... which we were late too waiting for our keys so we could get back into our room later. They had totally forgot about our requests and needs. The keys were not ready for us to grab and run to dinner. VERY VERY unprofessional and horrible service. A customer shouldn't have to do an employees work. The rep Tara tried to refund our stay but couldnt because we went through a third party. Never again will we stay there or use a third party booking. Such a stressful addition to a vacation.

There are no safes in the guest rooms, the only safes are located at the front desk. I left $200 in the hotel room; I put the money in the ice bucket under a plastic bag. We went out for the night, I did not check when we got back that night, but when I went to get the money the following morning it was gone. I called the front desk, and after several hours I received a call informing me that they would put $200 credit on my card. I explained that I needed to have cash because we were leaving that morning; I had to pay for cabs in Nashville and NYC, as well as meals, and it is much easier to use cash for these types of transactions. They said they could not reimburse with cash because they didn't have any cash on the property. This episode was not the end of the world of course, but it was an inconvenience and ruined our last morning in Nashville. Instead of picking up those last couple of souvenirs, I was sitting in the hotel room waiting for a call from the front desk. We got a generic "sorry" from management and a credit. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but if you have no alternative, make sure to put ANY valuables in the safe at the front desk. Anything of value left in the room is unlikely to be there when you return. Quite a disappointment, especially in a Hilton.

Great value and location!!! Great staff and comfort

I was there for a bachelorette and the staff is more than happy to help us all get rooms by each other and early/late check in/out.

Excellent location. Clean and well maintained hotel. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay! Walking distance to almost everything! But just be aware that you have to pay extra for parking!!!!

Hotel was nice, rooms were good too. A little pricey, but you are paying for the location. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. But it is a very convenient location if you want to be close to the action.
