The hotel was not prepared for check in. They never were able to tell me how long it would take to have my room ready. It was an hour past check in time when my room was finally ready. When I finally got my room it was the wrong room. I had reserved a king bed suite. I was told this is what was taking so long was because of the kind of room I had. I enter my room and it was tiny with two small beds. I call down to the front desk to notify them of the mistake. They tell me that they must have run out of King beds. I ask to talk with a manager and they transfer me to the manager, I get out into the managers voice mail and leave a detailed message of the disappointing wait time and also getting the wrong room. The manager never returned my call. To top off my stay at checkout there is a 40 dollar charge on my invoice for valet parking, I arrived in an Uber so not sure why that was on there. I will definitely not be staying there again.

Convenient location 8 miles from airport. Walking distance to all local attractions, restaurants, bars and museums. Friendly staff, nice room and very quiet and clean.

Quick service

The staff was friendly and the property was clean

Nice convenience and (Nashville) reasonable price. Staff was very nice as is Nashville. Trying times with the virus, but they pulled it off. Will be back.

Breakfast every day was good but staff seemed very stressed and running around---low staff issue! Juice was watery-everything else great and fast. Front desk was great for the 4 days (4 rooms we had too) except for 1 lady at night for no personality and rude. The nightly parking is $40, which thought was high. That's the bad, but for the good, the location was great and overall, we'd give 4.5 out of 5! Will stay again. BBQ place next door was amazing!!

NO BREAKFAST ! NICE ROOM GIVEN TO US !

Didn’t like the paid parking. I paid $249 a night. Parking should come with the room

The parking fees are the highest I’ve seen and mandatory. $40 a night.

The room was not clean -- the room seemed very overused

Didn’t like that we did not have the pool open or some kind of continental breakfast. I know that it’s covid but we stayed at a hotel in Wisconsin and they gave water and a apple to us on the morning. Otherwise very nice. Would stay again.

Great place to stay loved the room top floor city view ! Wonderful location within walking distance to Broadway and tons of restaurants and shops . Easy convenient parking .

Good place to stay, within walking distance to Broadway. Very comfortable beds, only wished hotel restaurant was open. It was so difficult to get breakfast in town. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to downtown and most of the action.
