Was a bit noisy. Bed wasn’t comfortable and was a bit high on the price. But we wanted walking distance to Opryland. It only took us a 5 minute walk over.

We recently spent 3 nights over New Years. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but there were some annoyances. The key lock malfunctioned 4 times and had to be reset each time. The room was never made up again, even though we stayed 3 days. The staff had been given New Year's Day off so there was no breakfast. If there had been more effort to extend hospitality for the overpriced stay, it would have made the experience acceptable. As it is, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We were close to everything we wanted to see in Nashville! And the price was great as well totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tennessee!

Enjoyed the stay. I will stay there again, and have stayed there many times in the past.

Perfume so strong in room it caused me to have breathing problems. It was the first room I ever stayed in with no frig and micro wave. Room nasty dirty, things broke in room. Would Never stay there again.

We got to our room and our key didn't work. They had tape over the place to insert the card. Our air conditioner didn't work so they moved us to a room with double beds instead of a king. Rough night. Its a great location. Will pay a little more for comfort somewhere else next time.

Location is amazing . Hotel was dirty when we arrived . Comforter was stained. Dead bugs were on our screen vent .The staff immediately addressed our concerns . They were friendly . It was loud , because our room was on the same side as a few bars . They played music until late . It was ok at first , after a few nights we would have liked some peace . It was affordable

Towel rack fell off wall. Then, toilet paper dispenser was broke. Had to be careful...one side of the bed would flip up. Good location to attractions.....ok just to sleep. We had an upgraded room....hate to see a low grade one. Woman checking us in stated to ppl in line that she was fixing to get her purse and walk out. But, I booked through Orbitz.....she said she had no more rooms, but booked us in upgraded room with no extra charge. So, that was the only plus! Opry Mills mall/Grand Ole Opry right across the road.

The location was wonderful. Near all the events. The room was dirty. There was a paper cup with cigarette butts 2 feet from the door. The carpet looked like someone had been sick on It. THe bathroom door didn't shut. And someone had kicked a hole in it.. there was no wastebasket. There was a group of young men on the floor below us who never shut their door and were playing loud music until late at night.

This hotel is very accessible to Opryland hotel, Cooter's and many other attractions. But, the overall cleanliness of this hotel is subpar. Cobwebs and very dusty and dirty. The blow dryer was so dirty that I had to clean it myself before using it. The bathroom was dirty and unkept as well. The hotel front desk was very friendly. If you're not considering staying for more than one night this hotel would be okay at best.

I was given a standard smoking room when I originally booked a deluxe King .... When I got to the first standard room it was still not clean at 6pm... When I went tell the front that she gave me the wrong room and that the room was not clean. she told me that I booked a standard and that orbitz does not have the deluxe rooms available to choose from on the sight...and proceeded to give me a key to another standard room which is by a nosey sports bar and grill by the way...then theres a creepy maintenance man that knock on my door the first hour I was in the room and then busted in my room the next day while I was half dressed and took too long in my opinion to close the door... And after I called orbitz too get the difference refunded they tried to turn my two day stay into a one day stay... Or at least that's the excuse they gave me for the guy busting in....

Hotel was really rough. Looks much better in pics

The TV was outdated. The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet didn't flush properly. The door to the room didn't lock half the time when we left the room. Still had problem with it after maintenance supposedly fixed it. No close by ice machine. Our room faced the back of a restaurant.

Front desk clerk acted as if I was bothering her to check in. The room was pretty run down, faucet in tub felt like it was going to come off when turning it on. Old dirty carpet.

Not a top of the line motel, but clean and reasonably priced. The employees were friendly and polite and we would definitely stay there again.

The first room they gave us wasn't up to par. Air wasn't working properly and smelled. Called desk and they put us in a different room. Much better. Took shuttle downtown. that was great. Had a great week with our family that IIves in Nashvi

It was alright. Could've been updated a little bit , and a softer bed.

There were stains on the box springs, cigarette burns all over the carpet, holes in the shower walls to a small hallway where the pipes were, no ice machine except for at the main building up the hill that broke down, the bathroom needed a lot of cosmetic work to fix chips and dings in the tub as well as the floor tiles. The location isn't great as there are 3 honky tonks surrounding the back 2 buildings but to my surprise you couldn't hear the bands or noise from there ive the sounds of the 747 like air conditioner! The AC also would stop intermittently during the night for 10 minutes every hour taking the lights with it then kick back on. There is no mini fridges and the tvs are old, they used duct tape to hold the batteries in the remote in my room!

Is it glamorous, no. Is it convenient to Opryland and Nashville Palace, yes. The people are always nice and it's a older Nashville hotel but we can pull up and load in and out quickly.

Room was dirty. The toilet broke. Light in the bathroom had to be replaced. Stingy with towels and amenities. Worst continental breakfast
