Hotel was really rough. Looks much better in pics

The TV was outdated. The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet didn't flush properly. The door to the room didn't lock half the time when we left the room. Still had problem with it after maintenance supposedly fixed it. No close by ice machine. Our room faced the back of a restaurant.

Front desk clerk acted as if I was bothering her to check in. The room was pretty run down, faucet in tub felt like it was going to come off when turning it on. Old dirty carpet.

Not a top of the line motel, but clean and reasonably priced. The employees were friendly and polite and we would definitely stay there again.

The first room they gave us wasn't up to par. Air wasn't working properly and smelled. Called desk and they put us in a different room. Much better. Took shuttle downtown. that was great. Had a great week with our family that IIves in Nashvi

It was alright. Could've been updated a little bit , and a softer bed.

There were stains on the box springs, cigarette burns all over the carpet, holes in the shower walls to a small hallway where the pipes were, no ice machine except for at the main building up the hill that broke down, the bathroom needed a lot of cosmetic work to fix chips and dings in the tub as well as the floor tiles. The location isn't great as there are 3 honky tonks surrounding the back 2 buildings but to my surprise you couldn't hear the bands or noise from there ive the sounds of the 747 like air conditioner! The AC also would stop intermittently during the night for 10 minutes every hour taking the lights with it then kick back on. There is no mini fridges and the tvs are old, they used duct tape to hold the batteries in the remote in my room!

Is it glamorous, no. Is it convenient to Opryland and Nashville Palace, yes. The people are always nice and it's a older Nashville hotel but we can pull up and load in and out quickly.

Room was dirty. The toilet broke. Light in the bathroom had to be replaced. Stingy with towels and amenities. Worst continental breakfast

well i was there and the room was not ready at 3 so i went to eat 2 restaurants over. 330 to 345 the room was ready. they had a lot of staff so why so late on having my room ready. they gave no excuse on why. other than that ok stay .

The hotel was filthy, looked like room was never cleaned.

Bad quality, but a very good price. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel room as we were out sight seeing, so it was tolerable.

Overall great value for the Nashville area - super guest & staff conversation in the morning meeting breakfast room. The rooms are alittle dated, however the bed and mattress was new this year and very comfortable. Breakfast served could be alittle more exciting than toast, oatmeal & fruit cup. Internet worked and the staff service was great.

The room was ok but for the price I would have expected more. No refrigerator, no microwave, minimal towels and only one tiny shampoo. No lotion, or normal amenities associated with hotels I am used to staying in. Overall wish I had stayed closer to downtown nashville. After paying parking and for breakfast (continental breakfast is pointless) I could have stayed downtown for the same price.

The only positive I can think of for this hotel is that it's located close to a couple good restaurants. Other than that it is exactly what you get for a 1 star place. Unfortunately it's pricing isn't that of a 1 star place.

Motel needs some updates, we were on third floor, so elevator was needed but at least we are healthy and able to climb the stairs, but could be a problem with elderly or someone unable to climb stairs. Went to Luke Bryan concert came in late, card didn't work but staff was very quick and courteous helping us get it taken care of. Room was clean and that is the main thing for me.No fridge in the room.

We didn't have high expectations to begin with, but at least expected good service. Couldn't check in until nearly 4pm because rooms were not cleaned from guests the night before. The lobby was full of people just as frustrated. Didn't get the room that I reserved, but not a big deal. Toilet was clogged. It wasn't comfortable, but served the purpose for a place to sleep.

This hotel was awful from check in to opening the door of our room. The deck clerk seemed to be way stressed out and hated her job. Our room was not vacuumed, the pillow cases had stains on them and there was brown matter in the toilet and the bathtub. We asked for another room, got one right next door, no better. We checked out and went to the hotel across the street. No way could we spend a night there, and I believe there were bedbuds also. The air conditioner was sprewing out some kind of bug.
