When booking these 3 days 12/30-1/2 I had told the person over the phone I wouldn’t be arriving until early in the morning on 12/31. She had assured me all I needed to do was call the day before and let the front desk person know, which I did. When calling the day before the guy told me he had made the adjustment in the computer and told his colleague. When arriving on 12/31 at 5am the guy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t find my reservation. He had told me he could make a new one for me as a walk-in. I told him I don’t want to do that because I already paid for the entire trip. So he looked again and found what the previous guy had done. Upon looking into the rest of the reservation details I noticed somehow I was missing 1/2 as the checkout day even though I already paid and booked it with hotels.com. So I reached out to hotels.com and told them about it. The representative immediately called the hotel to have them fix this mistake. Then this morning I double checked with the morning front desk person to make sure it was all settled. She told me yes it was. So I left for a little bit and came back when parking my car in the daylight I noticed the cars in the parking lot had placards hanging up or on the dashboard. I went in spoke with the woman inquiring if I also needed one and she said yes I was supposed to get it last night and never did. I drove 11 hours overnight and the first thing I had to deal with is possibly not having a place to

Everything was GREAT except for the people in the room above us. Stomping around at 5:00am. And waking us up the last 3 mornings we were there. I would not stay again unless I was on the top floor.

Room was great, but If you need to park and fly, book it together with the room. We did park there but we did end up having to uber to the airport, the shuttle picks up at the cambria first and they were full for our 4 am pick up for a 6 am flight. The night shift clerk also was not well informed about the process to book the parking it is a third party app. Once the 11-7 staff go there she was able to help us get it booked. . but the hotel is in a great area. clean and beds pretty comfortable. ... overall a good stay.

I checked in Friday afternoon, I requested the third floor. I was told there was no room’s available on the floor. Later as I was checking on the WiFi password, a couple was assigned a room on the third floor. The couple was a different ethic group than me.
