We appreciated the on-site parking although there was a fee. The transportation to downtown Nashville was fantastic. The hotel was clean be quiet. The morning breakfast was limited and there was no black coffee because it was being brewed. They should have two pots of black regular coffee going at the same time, we ended up going to Starbucks across the street and did not have breakfast there.

The hotel is conveniently located near many of Nashville’s top attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was nice to have breakfast included, though the food quality was just average.

Our only complaint was that the bathroom toilet was very, very low and no bar to help you up and down. We are seniors, but not handicapped, and it was difficult to use the toilet.

Just a one night stop on the way home to Ohio. Room was nice, seemed updated. Breakfast was good. Restaurants were across the parking lot. Only negative would be the area..... the people hanging around outside the hotel, homeless people sleeping across the street under bushes, etc. Didn't feel too safe walking to get food.
