This is a great historical hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient to restaurants and bars. Live on 4th was right across the street. The bar in the hotel had many good bourbon options and the house drinks were very good.
Very friendly staff. Valet parking only is a bit of a nuisance, and it's unclear what to do when you first arrive - better signage could probably make for a better experience.

Super nice staff - close to the strip - but it is a motel not a hotel as advertised. Overall, it was fun and good for the price. The elevator is a thrill ride.
Very over priced hotel for what looks likes like a motel since you have to walk outside to get to your room, small rooms, no amenities, there’s only one elevator which sounds like it’s going to break any minute, the walkways to get to your room are super sketchy and look like something out of the ghetto, since the walkway is outside you can hear all outside noise, and lastly paying an extra $22 for valet parking is ridiculous but we didn’t see any other parking around. Only good things were the rooms were nicely updated, the staff was super nice, and the breakfast was pretty decent.
The inside had been recently remodeled and wasn't too bad. The outside air hallways and elevators were gross and felt very unsafe

Reasonable price for an older motel-like property that’s walkable to broadway. Been a while since I stayed where all the room doors open to the exterior. Staff was nice & the room had been renovated & beds & pillow were good. Just a bit underwhelming-maybe I didn’t look close enough at the pics lol.
The staff is so so great! Caring and attentive. The only downfall was the noise during the middle of the night. Noise from the road or buildings close by. Trucks backing in and out with beeping at all hours. Omg…. Hard to sleep thru that.
This property was ok. Bed was rough, rooms were clean, check in process was fine. The morning staff were spectacular, but you could tell as shift changes happened, the attention, care and professionalism dropped significantly. On the last day, the elevator broke and basically the response when asked about eta for getting it fixed was enjoy bringing your suitcase down four flights in the morning and enjoy hauling your drunk selves up the stairs tonight. Overall it was a ok budget option and a good walk to broadway, but staffing left much ti be desired.
While the staff was great, friendly and helpful- the hotel itself was a dump! It was an old Motel 6.
