my customer support experience about the invasive burdensome pre-checkin was the worst in my life. the links in 4 checkin emails and text were nonworking.
THE PHONE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD I DID NOT EVEN GO TO THE MINT HOUSE. I GOT A HOTEL ROOM ELSEWHERE AND STAYED THERE rather than deal with mint house any more. lost the nonrefundable cost of the mint house room but it was worth it to avoid any more experience with mint house.
