Room was good. Water wasn't warm enough. After been terribly tired with the long delayed flights i was looking forward for a warm shower but i was very disappointed. I even notified the front desk but the lady said; "no water is ok, there is nothing wrong with it." I didn't say anything.

Hotel was just average. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and eating area was clean. Room was very basic. Had two big stains in the carpet. Third floor ice machine was out of order and a broken luggage rack was laying against it. Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Tv remote in room didn’t work. One of the elevators was out of order. Room was right next to elevator which may be very loud to some people. We saw the 7.8 rating and realized this was accurate but surprising for a Hyatt. Not terrible…not great.

The coffee was empty and took a few minutes to fill up. Same with the waffle mix. Not the end of the world but slowed things down. One of the two elevators was out of service. Nice quiet rooms, comfy beds nice shower. Would stay again.
