Excellent breakfast, the elevators were a bit buggy not always immediately going to the floor selected. The room was very nice, with nice amenities. The staff were polite and helpful.
power went out for hours, no AC and it was hot, and that meant no elevator had to clime down and up 3 flight of stairs with a bad knee with no compensation, bathroom need deep cleaning
I never give negative reviews , but i have to say this was not a good stay. The lights, went out, thus no air, the room could have been a bit more clean, the bathroom door handle was broken, the toilet barely worked, the parking lot to small, had to park away from motel on another lot. Elevator didn't work had to try and walk in dark stairway, using phone light, this was very unsafe. I have no positives for this Hotel. The breakfast awful. No shall not stay again.

Our stay was great along with the location. Our check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean but their was not a microwave in the room which was a bummer. The pool was closed so I guess it was because of the season... I will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again when I come to visit Nashville.

DISGUSTING. Our comforter had Dorito stains on it and sheets had mold (see photos). Shower/tub was clogged when we entered the room. Walls had water damage to the point the paint was bubbling. And customer service was TERRIBLE. We were randomly awakened by one of the front desk employees demanding we get out of the room that we just checked in to and she took my ID & left with it for 20 minutes refusing to give it back. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

The hotel's location (near airport & 18 minutes to Vanderbilt Univ) is great. We felt safe in the area. Although staff was very nice and hotel overall is clean, it must be noted it is an older hotel. Breakfast was included, but it was lack lustered.

I laughed my magic mouse accidentally and no one called me to tell me that they found it in the room probably because they kept it not to mention the elevator feels like you’re riding up and down hell it’s that hot in an already humid climate
