No housekeeping service for 4 Days . Room smelled like cat pee. Mold on linens. The night clerk was helpful and give me clean towels. Maintenance man was very nice. The breakfast was still very good.... it’s a shame was has happened to the rooms....

Rooms were very damp, with black mold on closet doorway.

Stay at the quality inn stadium downtown nashville worth the couple hundred more

Terrible area definitely not for a family vacation staff was wonderful and room was clean though

Bed and dresser was to close to each other, room, cheap bedding.

good comfortable sleepxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I only stayed one night and did not expect or need much, but was still disappointed. The hotel was clean enough, but everything seemed rundown. the ironing board in the room had rips in the fabric, the elevator was clunky, room trim and furniture were functional but won. Breakfast was a joke as the toaster barely worked and we were teased by three waffle irons with no waffle batter. Not a bad location if you just need a place to plop your head close to downtown. The staff, though were pleasant and helpful.

There was hair on the bed and the linens were stained. We asked for new linens. The floor was dirty! We wore shoes at all times! A bra had been left under the chair. And the tub had been patched so many times I refused to shower in it. So NASTY!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and parking is very convenient.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was convenient.

Hotel was very clean and up to date. Worth the price for the location!

Location was good ...the place is undergoing renovations so a little messy but the bed was great, hot water & water pressure great breakfast was great I would stay there again

OK place to stay for price. They need to stay up on maintence better. Water dripping from ceiling upon arrival. Air vent in restroom obviosly had not been cleaned in a long time as it was caked with dust. Front desk personable.

The manager went out of her way to accommodate me and that means something to me. Top notch!!! Clean Rooms.

Room was okay. Bed was comfortable and linens clean. Room cleaning staff friendly. Bathrooms old and bath mat stained. Dust on vents and wifi was terrible almost nonexistent on 4th floor. Faint smell of sewage in entire horel. Pool was super clean and nice. A renovation would do wonders for this hotel.

For what we paid it was great. The rooms were clean and there was a nice pool and breakfast. It is not a brand new hotel but it was perfect for our needs and budget.

The hotel is very run down and located in a very run down part of the city. Everything about the hotel is rundown. The room smelled damp and I didn't dare walk on the carpet or tile with my bare feet. Never again!

Stayed there for one night during a ball game weekend.Location was good only 5 mins from downtown.Would stay there again.

It needs a lot of updating! The ro doors are old and paper thin. The hotel was not in the best part of town. We hen entering my room the toilet was running and kept running. There were not outlets at bedside. There were people out in the halls at all hours of the night. Breakfast was not s they described either

My family of 3 needed a place to stay in Nashville for 2 nights. The hotel was just ok. If you are looking for a bed, this is a good hotel for you. If you are looking for a romantic get-away or a memorable vacation with your family, keep looking. The room was clean, but small and crowded. The showers were "old school", but worked fine. The air conditioning left the room feeling sticky. The breakfast consisted of waffles you make yourself, cereal, yogurt, pastries, and cupped fruit. My husband liked the room just fine. The staff was nice. They called us a cab that took us downtown for $14. The hotel needs some updating & the area was a little sketchy. There was also roadwork going on behind the hotel that we could hear from inside our room. I would not stay here again, but that's just because I am a little more picky than some.
