Room was filthy, daytime desk clerk unfriendly, haunted elevator, weirdos wandering parking lot cursing and shouting in their phones, dirty towels, hair stuck to bathroom wall, floors scuzzy, pretty much a dump. Pool was the only good thing sadly.

The lady at the front desk was so nice

Very out dated odd smell from AC

The free parking, there is nothing I hate more than getting to a hotel to find all they have is valet parking with an outrageous charge.

The handicap room I was given the toilet was too low to be in a handicap room. 😟

It’s a pet friendly hotel, that’s good or bad depending if you are an animal person. Pets stay for free so expect to see a good amount of them. The room smelled like a combination of very cheap man cologne with cigarette smell. I saw a lot of truck drivers staying there, so that might be it, they go out to smoke all night and come back into the room, so if that’s a constant scenario then it’s difficult to get rid of those two odors. Bathrooms are not well cleaned, there was nail polishes splashed all over the cabinets and bathroom door.

The rooms were very clean and updated, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The hallway on my floor had a musty smell that i assume was from the laundry room. The property looked and felt safe even though the neighborhood itself was not the best.

Bedding looked to have cigarette holes burned in them which was kind of gross and rooms are not carpeted. There was no hand soap, only bath and facial soap. Bathroom did not look like it was thoroughly cleaned, mirror was still dirty and in the shower could still see some soap. One lamp did not work causing us to have to unplug to turn off. Our room keys were not set up properly and two different days we came back and they did not work so we had to go back down to get them turned on. Just inconvenient and overall not great.

Easy to get around the Nashville area from this location.

This was a perfect last minute hotel choice. Best one in the area by far.

The neighborhood was scary and in a bad area of town. Just about everything in the room was broken. The closet door, the fridge door, the bathroom door, the tv remote was broken, and the tv only had 2 channels. There wasn’t a maintenance man on site to repair either. They said he went to the store and then an hour later he still wasn’t back so nothing got repaired!! Don’t stay here!!!!

I found that it was pretty good compared to other hotels. I just spent one night and the beds were comfy, room was spacious and the room was clean. I went with my mom and my two daughters and it was pretty good for us.

I did not end up staying at this property upon arrival did not have a room available very unprofessional while in the lobby there were multiple people at the desk for basic things not in their room
