Red Roof Inn Nashville - Music City

Too far from downtown and doesn't justify the price.

This Red Roof in really needs some TLC. There was a lingering smell, especially in the elevator and hallways that was off-putting. I could not really describe it but it was a bit nasty. The room was clean but showed its age. We had a connecting door to another room and you could hear EVERYTHING from the people there, which made for a less than comfortable night's sleep. The staff were all very friendly and tried their best to help. We had two issues during check-in where we were assigned a room that was already occupied. The first time it was caught before we were given keys, the second time my family and I walked in on an occupied room. VERY awkward for everyone!! In this day and age of information systems, I am surprised this happened - twice even. Breakfast was generally good - no frills, but enough to get started. The coffee was a bit on the weak side (I'm like a good strong cup in the morning!)

Although under construction, rough area of town. hotel elevators had awful smell and didnt feel safe taking steps.

There was a lot of renovations going on. Otherwise staff were friendly. Room was nice.

Room was ok but not great. Doors to room inside. Looked like some of the room had been updated nut that the job wasn't finished. The staff was very nice. The continental breakfast could be improved by offering fresh fruit and some form of eggs.

No housekeeping service for 4 Days . Room smelled like cat pee. Mold on linens. The night clerk was helpful and give me clean towels. Maintenance man was very nice. The breakfast was still very good.... it’s a shame was has happened to the rooms....

Rooms were very damp, with black mold on closet doorway.

Stay at the quality inn stadium downtown nashville worth the couple hundred more

Terrible area definitely not for a family vacation staff was wonderful and room was clean though

Bed and dresser was to close to each other, room, cheap bedding.

good comfortable sleepxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I only stayed one night and did not expect or need much, but was still disappointed. The hotel was clean enough, but everything seemed rundown. the ironing board in the room had rips in the fabric, the elevator was clunky, room trim and furniture were functional but won. Breakfast was a joke as the toaster barely worked and we were teased by three waffle irons with no waffle batter. Not a bad location if you just need a place to plop your head close to downtown. The staff, though were pleasant and helpful.

There was hair on the bed and the linens were stained. We asked for new linens. The floor was dirty! We wore shoes at all times! A bra had been left under the chair. And the tub had been patched so many times I refused to shower in it. So NASTY!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and parking is very convenient.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was convenient.

Hotel was very clean and up to date. Worth the price for the location!

Location was good ...the place is undergoing renovations so a little messy but the bed was great, hot water & water pressure great breakfast was great I would stay there again

OK place to stay for price. They need to stay up on maintence better. Water dripping from ceiling upon arrival. Air vent in restroom obviosly had not been cleaned in a long time as it was caked with dust. Front desk personable.

The manager went out of her way to accommodate me and that means something to me. Top notch!!! Clean Rooms.

Room was okay. Bed was comfortable and linens clean. Room cleaning staff friendly. Bathrooms old and bath mat stained. Dust on vents and wifi was terrible almost nonexistent on 4th floor. Faint smell of sewage in entire horel. Pool was super clean and nice. A renovation would do wonders for this hotel.
