This place was disgusting. It was certainly not up to the standards we expected from Orbitz! We cancelled 2 nights through the hotel and just ate the other 2 nights because I know you won’t refund the $$. . I’ve given up on Orbitz before for a couple of years and think I’m going to permanently give up on them (you).

The property is in a central location for shopping and restaurants which was convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean

The site was clean and tidy, but the room furniture was beaten to a degree that I'm not used to seeing in my motel/hotel stays. There were slight signs of water damage apparent to the bathroom door and area. I did see a small six-legged, fast-moving creature move away quickly from the light in the bathroom overnight but it was too small and not more of them evident anywhere else in the room for me to raise any complaint, but I hesitated to store items in the closet cabinet or drawers. My room on the ground floor near a maintenance staging area was noisy while workers were active within a half-hour after 4 pm. One strange effect I noticed at the property was the proliferation of crows around the area in the early night, around 6:30 pm. I've never seen such a crowd of these birds in a city before! I guess that would be hard thing to control as there were many flocks of them perched on the building directly across Demunbreon St. The heating could have been a little bit warmer--I set the heater/blower to 74 degrees and I think it almost got there but it was just a little cooler than I wanted. The daily rate was high for my one-night stay--maybe influenced by the near-holiday time of year and the college bowl game happening in town. I enjoyed the location convenience, room cleanliness, the television channel access, and the free breakfast service. I was also offered a slightly earlier check-in time, and after-checkout storage of my travel bag which I greatly appreciated!
Convenient location to downtown Nashville
The staff very helpful and kind. The bed clean. Breakfast excellent! Dust on furniture. Stains on bathroom door and lower walls in bathroom. The shower curtain torn. The shower head needs changing moldy and plugged. For price we did not complain. We were grateful for the convenience. If you are out and about all day and night it is a great option.
The rooms need to be scrubbed down! Lots of dust and neglect. Housekeeping staff did a great job with the daily cleaning. We saw other guests leaving in the middle of the night complaining about bed bugs. And we saw multiple new mattresses brought in, which makes me think that the bed bugs complaint was legit. Breakfast was acceptable. The highlight was the massage chair in the lobby.

We arrived and was given room 209. Noisy, across from laundry room. Entering room, using restroom, the sink was clogged. I had to call to have it unclogged. Disgusting. Worst, taking a shower, the water did not drain in the bathtub! They had a pink plastic cover over the drain. So, during my shower, i removed the pink strainer cover hooing water woukd drain. When i removed it, i saw something popping out of the drain that was below the strainer. ( i did not have my glasses on, obviously), so i thought it coukd have been paper or something definitely stuck in the drain. With my bate hands, shower still running i pulled out a pile of long black hair mixed, and stopped when a pile was puled out from top of drain!! I rook pictures and qalked to office and reported it. I felt we should be partially, if not full refunded of our $196.00 total cost of one night!! The man in the office said he would let management know. This is September 25th, and i have not received any word yet!
Motel properties can be sketchy, especially right downtown... However, the owners at this property have taken very good care and created a very good value. The rooms are typical "Motel" quality, but everything has been well maintained and appointed. The pools area is awesome and the breakfast room is fantasyic with an omelet chef on hand and lots of "real food" to choose from. My whole experience was a pleasant surprise. If my "first choice " is unavailable, this will certainly be my next choice! Great job guys.

It was within walking distance of where we needed to be. The rooms and breakfast were good! No complaints!
carpet was full of grime. dont walk barefoot in the rooms. so gnarly. staff was nice, good location.
