The room was clean. The staff was somewhat rude. I dropped my parking pass in the lobby before I even left the lobby. Searched everywhere. Walked back up to the front desk and asked if they would ressue since I have replaced it and I was told for a fee of $20 that they could. My husband came from outside and helped me look and we finally found it it had gotten tucked up against the counter. They offered a breakfast buffet but we were leaving at 6:30 and the doors to the breakfast area were locked up and no lights on. The facility is about 2 miles away from Broadway. We hired an Uber to get there. Overall a decent experience

I’d give this property ten stars if I could. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, good bathroom lighting for makeup application, friendly staff, free massage chairs in lobby and a snack and drink area with free or very reasonably priced beverages. Home run!

I was very satisfied with our stay here at the Comfort Inn, downtown Nashville. It was a short uber trip to Broadway. This is definitely walkable to Broadway, but we were there in January and it was very cold. The rooms were clean,albeit a little bit on the smaller side, but considering we were not there to stay in the room that did not bother us. The complementary breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelettes, various breakfast items, including waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, fruit, coffee, and juices The staff was very helpful and nice. There was complementary coffee and water in the lobby. If you wanted to purchase a snack or a beverage, it was exceptionally cheap.($1 four soda and water) $1-$2 for chips, ice cream. The outdoor pool looked beautiful considering it was January. I told my husband I would definitely stay here again for the price the cleanliness and the amenities. Again, we are not spending the whole day in the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable with perfect amount of pillows.
