The front desk staff was friendly. The bathroom in ourbroom was marginally clean. We weren't able to get room keys at check-in and had to be let into the room. If you need rest, choose a different location as the train runs through this area -- no fault of the hotel of course.

It is safe to say that this is probably one of the better properties I’ve stayed at in a very long time! The room was clean and the property was kept up. Being close to a CVS was nice. The staff (and free coffee) was amazing. Every member of the staff was kind and friendly. I don’t think I could ask for anything more!

This was a last minute booking and thankfully they had availability. Staff was super friendly and everything was clean including lobby and our room. I really liked it was a small suite with kitchen. The snacks in the lobby available for purchase had a variety of options. Parking was nice. I will book again for sure.

Bring ear plugs

They sure dont tell you that this location is right by a rail yard. All you hear, all night, trains clacking and thumping. Each employee we encountered acted as if we were disturbing their TV time. The lady at the check out at least smiled. That was the one smile we got from staff. Just suprised at the whole experience. The room was pretty nice. All in all, if in the area again, will not be staying here again.

Almost a five...big efficiency apartment style roo

Would have rated this hotel a five, close to the highway, brand new with comfortable large rooms with a complete kitchen, but we arrived for a week on a Wednesday and were informed that housekeeping was once a week by floor. Our room was scheduled for our checkout date. We had to ask for fresh towels at the front desk, and on two occasions there weren't any available. All the staff we met were very nice, and explained the new policy. Special shout-out to the desk agent, Austin who was super friendly and nice!!
