Clean and good price

It’s not clean is stunk is that cool smell very bad and I don’t like it

The toilet seat was loose to the point that it could be taken off. It was just resting on the commode base.

My stay was pleasant, i was looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the hospital. It was a very nice hotel

The facility was clean, just the price was on the high side

I stayed at this place on the evening of April 11, 2021. When I checked in I presented my license and credit card. The attendant checked me in and returned my credit card and the envelope with the room 2 key cards. Thinking one the the cards was my license as I turned I reached and realized it was two key cards. I asked where were my license and the person said they gave it to me. I looked all around and didn’t see or have the license. I emptied my pockets and wallet and still no license. I called the Nashville Police and an officer called and took my report. I told the officer I know I’ll probably never recover the license but wanted to report it in case they receive other complaints about this place. I know my license was not returned to me and while it is possible the employee dropped it behind their counter the whole encounter was very weird. He and the incoming attendant, who had come in, also checked behind the counter and didn’t see it. I have since replaced my license and placed a freeze on my credit reports. Even though the accommodations weren’t that bad, because if this interaction I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to stay. Too many other motels in Nashville to choose from.

Easy, free shuttle service to the airport. Affordable, quick check in, was just passing through the city.

It didn’t meet my expectations. Upon arrival to our room, our sheets and pillow cases weren’t changed out. There was a bunch of long stranded hairs in both beds and brown stains on one of the sheets. I was looking forward to relaxing but had to request new sheets and pillow cases after a long day of driving.

Easy access to the airport. There was some maintenance issues with the front fascia of the building which was concerning when I first arrived but the lobby was nice enough and the room was clean. I did not like the 1st floor room across from some supply closet (noisy) but it was okay for one night. Hairdryer was trashed.

Damages to outside and fridge in room never got cold

Due to Cornavirus lots of things were shut down. Room was very clean & very quiet place. Convenient to many restaurants & Fast food places, all within walking distance. Major brand gas station right next door. Only 3 mins from airport.

Good people. The little manager man standing behind the conciengre was a little creepy. Otherwisr good stay.

Wonderful staff and the new renovations are excellent in the rooms and the lobby! Well worth the stay! Star are so friendly.

Just minutes from the airport, this is a top-notch facility. Safe, secure, quiet, parking, modern and clean.

I chose this property specifically because of the free airport shuttle. It was not available due to our time of arrival.
