Very nice place. Staffiliate was very friendly and they have a shuttle from the airport or to the the airport

Room faced the highway making it very noisy. Huge light shining on the window outside made it uncomfortable at night. Noisy air conditioning unit. Ceiling repair in the bathroom was terribly done. Only good thing about this hotel was location. Just minutes from the airport and only 15 min drive to downtown, and free cookies.

Hotel is good but location is poor on very busy street. It’s nightmare to get in & out of the parking lot.

The downstairs was impressive but the room was lacking. Worst mattress I have ever slept on hardly slept in three nights. Extended my stay one day I thought the clerk said $99.00 dollars come to find out I was charged me $199.00. For three days it came close to $500.00 I did not get what I paid for. There is a Hampton Inn across the street pay the difference it is well worth it.

Good location but the rooms are in need of updating and renovation. There's a musty, damp smell and feel to the room, and while it didn't look dirty, it felt dirty. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired as well.

The hotel claimed to not allow pets. I have a severe allergy to animals and specifically look for clean hotels that are not pet friendly. There were at least two different guests with dogs. This could land me in the hospital yet the staff did nothing. That is not okay. I will not stay there again! Dirty as well.

It was a decent place, I would stay there again if I had too but it needs a good scrubbing. The shower had some mold. The blankets had a few holes in them. Windows needed to be washed.

Was given a handicapped room with no bathtub or normal shower

With my Orbitz reservation, all I had to do is show my ID and I was on my way to my room. The internet was decent and the room was clean and comfortable.

No questions asked, just comfort-ability and relaxation which is provided.

The hotel met our expectations however we recommend that if you want to be more in the city to not stay in this hotel. Yes it is right near the airport and it is perfect if you rent a car cuz everything in nashville is 5 min away by car- easy traveling on highway!

poor location on busy street

Good location but the rooms are in need of updating and renovation. There's a musty, damp smell and feel to the room, and while it didn't look dirty, it felt dirty. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired as well.

It was a decent place, I would stay there again if I had too but it needs a good scrubbing. The shower had some mold. The blankets had a few holes in them. Windows needed to be washed.
