Lobby, elevator, hallway smells like weed. Button panels on elevator are grimy/dirty. My room smelled strongly of room spray with undertone of weed smell. They were trying to cover up the smell in the room. Gift wrap packaging (ribbons) were left in my room on the luggage bench so I knew room was not thoroughly cleaned after previous guest. Carpets looked worn and dirty. Run down hotel. Sketchy people in the parking lot loitering around. I checked out immediately and booked at Cambria. Cambria shuttle came over to pick me up there and I left.

Quick trip from airport to hotel. A lot of great fast food options are walkable. Uber to downtown was cheap and fast. Room is decent for the price you pay. Clean and gets the job done.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean but need updated. However, charging $5 for guest parking & a $75 hold for incidentals is completely unreasonable, especially when that hold isn’t taken off for 5 to 7 business days!

The 6th floor smelled strongly of cleaning products but the room was not very clean. I had to do some work at the desk and I started itching almost immediately sitting in the chair. I was itching all night. I was only staying here to pick up my friend at the airport Friday. I spent my stay in Nashville itching. When I told the front desk, the person did not seem surprised and said they would call the exterminator. She said she would call me later with a report. But I received a message from the hotel later that morning not to forget to check out. So she didn’t even check me out when I spoke to her and turned in my key. I have not received a call from them. Do yourself a favor and stay at the other Radisson close by. I was traveling alone and didn’t ask for another room because I didn’t want to highlight that I was traveling solo. This is one of my worst experiences in a hotel.

This hotel served its purpose of being close to airport with clean bed and shower for early morning flight. I did hear the interstate throughout the night even with my noise machine on.

This is an old building with old furniture and old carpet. The management uses fragrance to try and hide the musty smell. The first room was unbearable but the second room given to me was better but the smell was still there.

Smelled strange like moisture in the room but overall I will stay again . It was clean and service desk was helpful and respectful. The walk ability is pretty good tons of gas stations and food options. And not to mention the drive to the air port is less then 5 minutes so there’s no need to wake up 2-4 hours early to catch your flight . Nashville is about less than 15 minutes away.
