Pecan Valley Cabin - Romantic Getaway in Woods with Hot Tub

Treat yourself to serenity in a 400 sq. ft cabin nestled in the woods of beautiful Nashville, TN. Modern amenities including a brand new 2 person lounge hot tub in a picturesque setting. Experience all of the wonders of a cabin in the woods without the long drive to East TN or Blue Ridge, GA. Only 15 minutes to the heart of Broadway & minutes to Sylvan Park & the Nations's restaurant, bars, shops, & cafes.
Wind down in complete solace on the deck with the sight of wildlife and the sound of birds after exploring all Nashville has to offer. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for a songwriters retreat close enough to the heart of music city but far enough away to think, reflect, and create. Please note, this is a 400 sq. ft. space that is very comfortable for a party of 2, but can accommodate up to 4 with a pull out sofa in the living room.

Pets welcome! $30/stay fee. Let us know if your furry friend(s) will be joining you and we will be sure to leave a special treat!

Upon arrival, you will cross over a bridge and head up a long/steep driveway. The driveway is T shaped with two cabins at the top. Your cabin is to the left. We live in the adjacent cabin on the right with our small dog and free range chickens. We want your experience to be as private and convenient as possible. Therefore you will enter via lockbox. We will leave all guests to enjoy their stay peacefully and privately. However if you need us we are a text or phone call away.

Please let us know prior to arrival if you will be in pulling a trailer so that proper accommodations can be made.

Other things to note:
There is a Ring motion floodlight on the property owners garage to light the driveway for incoming guests.

There is a small apiary behind the property owners cabin. Need a souvenir? Local honey is available for sale!

The Smart TV has basic channels but is also connected to the internet. All you need to do is log into your personal streaming services and enjoy!

The house is fitted for 2 people. If your party is 3-4 people, please let us know and we will provide extra linens for the sofa bed.

There is an outdoor fire pit provided. If you would like to purchase firewood, bundles are available on site, just let us know!

Buster, the neighbor dog is a loving Australian Shepherd that loves to pop by and visit. Mika, a young German Shepherd is also friendly and makes an appearance here and there for treats.

Please note, any issue that Guest has with the Unit shall be immediately reported to Manager via the app or phone. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
Guest also understands that this cabin is located in a heavily wooded environment, and that insects, snakes, rodents and lizards may flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to minimize your interaction with these pests during your stay, including routine professional pest control, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
