The house itself was great! The issue is the area the house is in. We had issues during our stay & the property management was quick to respond, however, no real resolution came about other than them “letting management know”. A delivery person used the code & came in on us during our stay. They stated the owner told them it was fine. I contacted the VRBO host & the only resolution I got was that they would look into it. This is a break in our privacy. Our final night, we came home to a party happening in one of the neighboring units. Our designated parking was blocked by cars, so we had to park in a spot down the way & hope our car was fine. I reached out to the host & was told to call local authorities if I felt threatened. We woke up to cars being towed in front of other units, but not the cars in front of our unit. I stopped the tow truck company & we were told that the VRBO host had to reach out to them to request the cars to be towed. So our host did not care that we were being inconvenienced, as they did not call to get the cars towed. There is garage access, but no opener to use outside. The house was great, but the area around is very run down & it seems that it could be managed better. A few things yall might want to repair: the Keurig is molded. We soaked it for a full day & could not get the mold out. The kitchen sick is leaking; when it is on, water pours from around it. Faucet is loose on the double vanity. First floor is 10 degrees cooler than rest of house.
