We were a little confused when we first arrived to leave our luggage. There were people everywhere because of a convention. Advertisements for Pokémon were more noticeable than the Embassy hotel itself. Had to park in the roundabout because there were no parking spaces. The mail carrier directed me to the hotel’s front desk. Once we returned, it was reception hour. The male bartender was great & friendly. The chips & salsa are fresh & delicious. The room was huge but had a terrible musty odor, & the windows would not open. After the first two showers, the tub was clogged. They sent someone immediately to unclog the tub, & he noticed that a light bulb was out, so he replaced it. The sofa bed should have been thrown out; it was very uncomfortable & needed more bedding than the thin blanket, flat sheet, & pillow. The “full-size” beds were comfortable, but the pillows were flat. The breakfast, which is my favorite meal, was delicious. I wish they would add salt & pepper to the omelets. There were several breakfast items to choose from. After breakfast, we decided to return to our room & relax until check-out. Someone on staff used their key to unlock & open our door while we were relaxing, then closed it & walked away. Once we got to the door, she was halfway to the other side, yelling I am sorry never stating her title or reason. Housekeeping usually announces themself before entering. After that, barging in, we decided to leave. So, for check-out we left the keys in the room
