This facility has gone way downhill since we stayed there,10 years ago. Generally shabby and poorly maintained building. The lobby bathrooms were dirty and missing basic supplies. The worn out mattresses and crumbly pillows in our room should have been replaced a long time ago. Shampoo/ conditioner dispensers in our room were empty. Guest floor carpets were in severe need of vacuuming, especially near the elevators. The staff works hard, but seems clueless - the language barrier can be problematic when trying to get responses to basic questions/requests.
Most of the night it sounded like there was a bridge above our heads with cars coming onto then off the bridge and making a loud noise. It was terrible. In reality it was probably pipes making loud noises but it was consistent and kept our whole party up (5). Toilet also leaking at base and really gross knowing you accidentally stepped in toilet water and so did your kids and it’s all over floor and in beds now.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the comfort of our room and the area was safe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great location just off of the highway and amidst an office park. The parking lot was plenty for our stay and we loved the wide and open atrium. We were out and about so didn't get to experience the happy hour but the breakfast spread is one of the best, especially the made for order custom omelette! The suites were spacious and everything was convenient. Our bathroom was in need of updates though, as the bathtub was warped that it collected water and rust in the middle and the sides did had constant moisture spots penetrating the granite.

Some stuff was not very clean, and the TV remote had bad batteries. They did not have pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream. Overall it was a great stay! Definitely would come back.
The staff was nice the breakfast food was good the room was nice and clean just had a mildew old smell but other than that it was great
Embassy Suites is always a great stay!
Front desk gave us the wrong room number. There were still spoiled food left in the fridge from the previous guest and a used mineral bottle was found i on the bedroom floor. Probably they were not able to clean thoroughly because of limited staff. Glad it was just for a 2 night stay.
