Horrible stay bc your website failed to mentioned the hotel was in complete disarray, and covered wall to wall in dust which didn’t help my daighter who suffers from asthma. The workers were living at the hotel and ate all the complementary breakfast every morning. The jackhammering started nice and early so that was a lovely wake up call. The kicker was the poop in the pool that didn’t seem to be a concern of anyone’s. Either I get a full refund or I will call my credit card company and disput the charge. Horrible stay for my family, obviously we won’t be back.

Had to complain several times before they cam to my room to look into the complaint. Morning of checknout loud drilling from inside due to construction. No extra sheets or pillows for pull out bed. Only 1 t.v worked aftrer requesting batteries and new remote.

The staff was excellent. The issues were that the room did not seem to be up to the Hilton quality that I expect. The bedroom 2nd bed was against the wall so there was only one way to get into bed. There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom. The water pressure was not great. Also, at the open bar there was only one bartender resulting in long waits to get a drink.
