We love staying at Drurys! The happy hours and amenities are great. When we booked, it was pre-pay, non-refundable and said we’d be charged right away. When we checked in, we were told it wasn’t prepay, just a hold, and we’re charged a higher rate.

Very nice and new - wish they didnt allow pets as we ended up next to a barking dog HOWEVER the front desk staff had no issue with changing us to a new room so they still get Top Marks. The hotel just underwent a refresh and it looks amazing!
Impressive property and brand new. The rooms are nicely equipped with comfortable beds and a large TV. The staff was friendly upon check in. Also we caught the Drury Happy Hour which was nice with a variety of foods you could replace getting dinner by attending.

Easily the best hotel chain in America, and Franklin was no exception. Free breakfast and dinner/drinks were top notch!
Paid for a room with microwave and refrigerator and it didn't have those things. Other than that, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and super comfy beds.
