I had a great experience. The hall was quiet. Staff was excellent.

Cons: Mildewed tub/shower, undrinkable coffee in the room, and having the hood emblem of my car stolen after paying an extra $30 for overnight parking. Pros: Friendly staff & comfortable beds

Perfect for the weekend! My son and I had a great stay!

Great business hotel with a lot of incredible restaurant options within a mile or less. Great location next to Germantown on Poplar Ave.

In town for an interview this location was close to many different restaurants as well as stores within a very safe areas

The staff was friendly and polite, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Oddly built on interstate off-ramp piece of real estate but surprisingly no freeway noise! Worth the stay! Would stay here again.

No free breakfast, hard to get in and out if parking lot . Bathroom small hard to move around in and shut the door. pool is small

Hotel was great for the money. Clean rooms. Nice staff. I did not eat there. Great coffee in the lobby (not in the room). Right near all the good restaurants. Perfect for any business trip.

Our stay here was very convenient and comfortable. The only issues were the extremely loud and suspicious elevator and small bathroom. Besides the uneasy of taking the elevator and the tiny bathroom, our stay was comfortable.

Friendly staff but the hotel can be tricky to get to if you are unfamiliar with the area.

Friendly staff and clean room but location of hotel can be tricky to access if unfamiliar with area.

Staff was very helpful. the Breakfast Buffet is very reasonable.

All was well, enjoyed the stay, will return again soon

5 nights for business conference. Free parking. Very clean rooms. Option of no service for $5 credit each day chosen. A 3 + star hotel.

It was nice. The bathroom shower curtain was sour. We told the front desk about it, nothing was done. Housekeeping did not vacuum or change the sheets the whole time we were there. We were there a week.

We had a great experience at the four points. It is a beautiful hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. The hotel is great. Just as a FYI this website says that they have complimentary breakfast...THEY DONT. I booked hotels that had breakfast for the trip ( didn't want to worry about breakfast) both the buffet and continental you have to pay for.

I enjoyed my stay. I chose this hotel because it was close to my daughter's home. She was unable to take me to the airport the following morning and had guests in town, so I decided to spend one night here due to their airport shuttle service. Staff had some difficulty finding my reservation in their system. Also, it was difficult to get into my room as there was a problem with the door handle. It appears to be an older property that has been refurbished and may require more maintenance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the shuttle was prompt in picking me up.

My flight was canceled due to weather and needed a hotel at the last minute. Found this to be the best deal on a travel app and it provided a shuttle which proved to be invaluable in my current situation. The staff was friendly and they allowed me to have early check in due to my flight cancelation. Room was clean but as most mid priced hotels had the smell of residual cleaning products. Very good breakfast provided and I got to my flight in time in the am. Location was great, felt safe and it was close Midtown which is very nice. Also has a great restaurant in the shared front parking lot (Four Oaks). I'd stay here again if needed!

Good room size with luxurious king sized bed. We hit a Wed the hotel had a free BBQ & Beer for Happy Hour, that was a lovely gesture. Hotel maybe a distance away like 20 miles to downtown however, it's situated in a good spot where food is walking distance away and there's some shopping around as well. Visiting Graceland is some 40 mins drive away. Not too difficult if you have a car which you do anyhow. I would say hotel is an ideal choice and its price matches it.

I am surprised .It is the first time to stay at this property and the last . Terrible bed --old ,worn out mattress and hot polyester sheets Terrible shower -- no water pressure on the 3 rd floor at 5a.M. -- hate to think what happens later in the morning Staff Attitude -- so-so

Becca, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us some feedback. I do apologize, but it seems as if you've confused us with another hotel. Our hotel does not charge for parking, and we have heard no reports of a car emblem being stolen off of a car. We do hope that next time you're in Memphis you'll give the Four Points a try! We'd love to have you stay with us. I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week!
