Great for large groups- the 3rd floor lounge accommodations were perfect for our large group of multiple families and all the staff was very friendly.

We loved the unique opportunity staying here provided and the room was gorgeous. Vaulted ceilings with a balcony overlooking the store and a huge restroom with a walk-in shower and large jetted tub. We took advantage of the bowling alley and bar and both of the restaurants. Our only major issues were (1) the hotel didn't seem prepared to have guests after hours. It was very difficult to get in/out after 9pm, valet was shut down so I'm not sure how we would have retrieved our car if we'd needed it, and it was challenging to navigate with the store closed. We also had multiple issues with the credit card servers going down and we were not able to make charges to our room from the restaurants/bars. The second issue was the restaurant at the top of the elevator. We had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes to be seated - being told the kitchen was running behind. We were finally seated and ordered and it took over an hour for our food to come out. We asked for rolls and were told they were coming, but then were told no more were being made. Our waitress remarked "Sorry - our kitchen sucks." When the food arrived, it was very underwhelming with most of it being cooked improperly and having very little taste. The waitress offered us two desserts for the inconveniences and those were appreciated but the cheesecake was frozen, so we could only eat one. Our boys enjoyed the novelty of this location and it was a fun experience overall, but I don't think we'd stay again.

We enjoyed a one night stay on our wauly through Memphis and had a wonderful time ahopping and dining!

It’s always a first class experience. The staff are always very friendly. Jeffrey the bell man recognized me from two years ago and we had a great talk. He is a gentleman and adds great value to the facility. The rooms make you feel like you are at home and are exceptionally comfortable. It’s very quiet and relaxing. Having a full bass pro shop below you is super convenient and I always make sure to pick up items for my family while I’m there. If you have not stayed here, you need to!

I always love staying here! The rooms are nice and spacious. Even then basic rooms are upgraded.

We really enjoyed our stay and wished we were able to stay longer! We were sad to leave and have recommended to our family and friends to visit already. Hands down the best and our new favorite hotel in Memphis now!!! Cool things to do inside resort and close by. The lookout was fabulous, great staff, clean cozy rooms. Felt as if i was in a cabin or ski lodge in the mountains while in hotel. Cant wait to return, there is no reason not to stay here. Seems pricey for some but worth it and the experience.
