The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be.

Property location is very convenient for people wanting to visit the Baptist Hospital. Not very good breakfast. Wasn’t very good food and didn’t have it stocked very well.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before while visiting family. Sadly, the poor check in experience really tarnished the hotel for us this time. I'm not sure if we will be returning. Upon check in, we were told that the room type we had selected was not available. The only room that was available only fit our family if they added a roll away bed. I was told that even though I had booked and paid for the room one month prior, since I had booked on Orbitz my room was not guaranteed. We did eventually get the room we had booked after the guest who was supposed to have the room agreed to change to another room. I felt that this was handled very poorly. As I said, it ruined the rest of our stay. The room was clean, we were near the elevator so it was noisy. The breakfast buffet was nice. That said, not sure we will be staying again.

We stay in the hotel 6 days. Pros:The bredfast is pretty good it has many varieties. The bed is very comfortable. Location is good to go UM. Cons: The bathroom has a good size but can see some items are needed to be fixed but not yet. This does not give a well usages. The room does not vocume every day as can see carpet is not that clean. This maybe we stay for 6 days?

This hotel was in there everything we need it at the right time. In about 15 minutes drives there's a Target, Sprouts, Whole Foods. The breakfast was probably delicious but the beds were so comfortable that we missed it.

Overnight stay to attend a wedding. quiet area just off 240. Rooms were quiet (even though young teen ball players were right next to us!) Comfortable beds. Individual room climate control. Pleasant staff.

Hotel was quiet even with a huge family reunion being held there. Good breakfast. I wish my bed was made daily - not with fresh sheets but made. I also was short a washcloth one night. Over all nice hotel.

Good location if visiting someone at hospital. Good breakfast.

Next to the Baptist Medical Center, no sirens allowed. Very Quiet area with easy access to Loop 240. Few restaurants in the area(Wendys across the street). Jog the medical Center and neighboring professional park, little traffic and tree lined streets allow for a shaded 1 to 1-1/2 mile venture. Willow Grove Dr. should be avoided during rush hour.

NICE CLEAN HOTEL CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND GREG WAS VERY FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS VERY NICE and easy to get to.

Clean hotel. Courteous staff. Worth repeating.

I stay Hampton Inns all the time and was very disapointed with this hotel. The room was full of lady bugs, so they gave me a new room and it had the bugs in it also. I can live with that but when I went into the bathroom the wall paper was peeling and it had mold all over it and it smelled. The floors in the hallway and elevator look like they have not been vacuumed in a long time.I had two rooms and went down to the front desk and checked out and went to another hotel.

As a smoker, I was surprised and extremely pleased that this hotel had a few rooms for smokers! My stay was to attend to somewhat stressful family matters, and this one small treat made a big difference for me. The free WiFi internet access was a real plus! It is not secure (don't do your online banking there), but for keeping up with e-mail, etc., it was great! While in-room coffee is fairly common these days, it's important to me to have my coffee when I awake. I left a note for housekeeping after my 1st night asking for more regular coffee (no decaf). The rest of the week, I had plenty of real good coffee each morning. All the staff (housekeeping included) was very pleasant and accomodating. The epitome of Southern hospitality. Easy access to I-240, 20 minutes from the airport, walking distance to Baptist Memorial Hospital. If you're visiting East Memphis and Germantown, this is the best place to stay.
