Convenient and clean
Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, the front desk people were beyond rude. Pool was out of order when we got there, we have a kid so it was a deal breaker for us. Orbitz was ready to let us move but the front desk wanted us to stay at least one night because they may have pool fixed. Even though she just finished telling me its been off limits for 5 days and they have no idea when itll be open. The keys they gave us didn’t actually work so we never made it in the room. Orbitz eventually moved us over to Hotel indigo which was fantastic so besides spending 2 hours on the phone while Orbitz battled with the front desk it worked out. Questionable people, drug addicts hanging out in lobby, rude unprofessional front desk staff.
Great staff
New property. Clean, great location with private, fenced (free) parking lot. No complaints about the room or the property. But, it's loud. We stayed only two nights of a three-night reservation. Maybe it's because of the proximity to Beale St. and they had a hot rod night, followed by a motorcycle night, but the noise of high-revving engines and open mufflers went on into the wee hours of the morning both nights (not even counting the guy revving his ending in the parking lot after 10 pm with no intervention). Affected the ability to sleep enough that we left one night early, even though hotel policy was to charge us for the third night regardless of if we checked-out early.
Everything was great, close to sights downtown, yet much better price than other places
Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Ample parking. Very comfortable. Will stay here again when in Memphis.
The property was surrounded by very attractive iron fencing to protect the property and it was walking distance to The Peabody Hotel.
Very nice!
The staff was amazing. The breakfast was decent.
Nice and clean property in a great location. Good value for money and very comfortable beds.
The parking lot was outlined with a metal fence minus the driveway off the main street. As we were loading our luggage we noticed several vehicles parked a few spaces down from us had busted windows and windshields
Nicest La Quinta I've stayed in. Very nice property and easy walk to Beale.
Nice, new property very convenient to Beale. So far the nicest La Quinta hotel I've stayed at.
Clean. Convenient to the airport. Short walk to Beale Street. Would stay again when going to Memphis.
Jessica was the receptionist who checked us in. She was so efficient, friendly and gave us a lot of knowledgeable things to do around Memphis. The house keeping was very nice as well. The location is very close to many attractions.
Great stay good service
