It’s a great hotel over all. The staff could be friendlier.

1. TV didn't work and they didn't fix it 2. Big stain on carpet 3. Staff in kitchen wanted to charge $1 for a plate Other than that the location was good with a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful except for actually being able to fix the problems I had above. Quality aside from above was decent enough for what I paid.

Very clean, great staff! This was a last minute booking since my original hotel was terrible and I refused to stay there. I booked online and walked in;no problem everything was perfect!

Hotel was extremely dirty. During covid it is concerning. Spots on the mirror, something spilled on the floor and there were clumps of hair on the floor as well. I would not recommend staying there.

The pool and hot tub were not open. There were no food services. Took forever to get front desk to answer. They had only one employee taking care of the front desk and servicing bar area and delivering for housekeeping. Had to go down to front to get more towels and had no room service.

Older but Renovated property. The pizza was fantastic

The down home friendliest staff ever that you can’t get anywhere but in Memphis!

This property has really gone down and I was very disappointed in how the hotel caters to all types of foolery and immature people. We were in a room next to some young people that were very disrespectful and disruptive. I will not be staying at this hotel again for the price it’s not worth it!!!!!!

Centrally located near an expressway. Did have bathtub clog, but staff was sent quickly and the problem was resolved.

Neat, clean ,and service was awesome. I will be returning in the near future!!!

Dirty bathroom, extremely noisy room - could hear the people's entire conversations in the rooms on both side of me. Hotel restaurant very overpriced & not good. However - very comfortable bed!

It was great, thanks for the upgrade. Perfect! Good location, views of the city were great.

The only problem with the hotel is the parking lot.

Love this hotel! Great location close to everything clean

Great hotel. Bathroom was tiny but overall an excellent experience!! Would recommend very highly and I would stay here again

Overall, it was a good experience. Check-in was seemless, food was decent and the room was okay. I did have a drink at the bar and the bartender made a great drink and was super friendly.

Prior to staying at the Hilton in Memphis, TN I had only stayed at a Hilton once before. I had traveled to Houston, TX; where I was fortunate enough to stay at a Hilton there, and let me tell you these hotels do not disappoint. The hotels are immaculate, and the staff is great. The Hilton at Memphis met my expectations. My girlfriend and I stayed one night, which I wish we could have stayed longer, but the place was great. We felt that right at home feeling, instead of that unsure feeling you get whenever you book at lower tiered hotels. Usually, the hotel rates are fairly similar all across Memphis, so if you are indecisive on spending those extra $10-15 on staying here or somewhere else, stay here. The hotel is located in Germantown, which is a very sane area, with lots of shopping centers surrounding it. About a 20 minute drive from downtown, but that is nothing considering the location and value you receive from staying here.
