The hotel is visibly outdated. Our rooms air conditioner was extremely weak and very spotty, it got really hot at night. Had to call down to room service 4 times before getting any type of answer and lastly one of the elevators was not blocked off but had a sign up "out of operation" INSIDE the elevator that you only saw once you had gotten on and the doors closed...

The staff was not welcoming at all. They did not inform me of anything when I checked in. I requested extra towels and pillows multiple times and never received them. This was my fist time at a Hilton and I was highly disappointed. The morning staff seemed to all have really bad attitudes not only with the guests but with each other. My reservation was for 2 nights and I didn't even stay the first one. I went over to the Marriott and was much more impressed.

I'm at the Hilton at least twice per month. This is the second or third time the telephones, heaters or television has issues or doesn't work. My last visit I actually checked out a day earlier. The staff is great but the hotel is noisy and need upgrading. It was one of my favorite places to stay.

Hotel could use some upgrading in the rooms, only one bath towel, no bottled water. This is unusual for a Hilton. Otherwise, staff at front desk were professional and kind.

We came in town for a funeral for one night and had two rooms. The person who checked us in was wonderful and accommodating. One of the rooms was not clean but the other was perfect. They moved us to a clean, comfortable room within half an hour. The person at the front desk the next day was cold and uninterested but the bellhop, valet, food service staff all went above and beyond and completely made up for the one bad seed. The hotel overall was very nice and we would absolutely stay there again.

My family & I had a nice stay here. The hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I was there for a conference and was very comfortable.

We loved the mid century modern style of the Hilto. The room was also well styled & clean. We appreciated how quiet the air conditioning was. We slept very well.

The staff was super-attentive. Room service, excellent!

Upon arriving at this hotel I was incredibly pleased with it's appearance and the customer I received from every employee I encountered. My first annoyance came with the realization that there was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. I felt like for the rate I paid, these things should be included in amenities. The deal breaker came at night when I tried to go to sleep. This hotel must have the thinnest walls/floors of any hotel I've ever been in. I could hear every door slam to what felt like every room around me all night long. I was here to run the St. Judes Marathon, and really needed a good night's sleep. Needless to say that did not happen. It was so incredibly disappointing. It was a very nice room, but the main reason we all stay at hotels is so we have a place to sleep and since that didn't happen for me here I can only give it 1 star.

I took my wife here for our anniversary. We spent the weekend and had a wonderful time. The hotel has prime location to several restaurants, shopping, and access to the expressway. The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable, and my wife fell in love with the pillows. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our wedding night. We did arrive to the hotel later into the night than most people would and everyone who helped with our stay was fantastic. Check-in was very fast and easy, we had someone help with our bags and walk us to our room, and when we checked out early the next morning to make our flight there was lots of help then also. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Hilton hotels are always nice, warm friendly people. The customer service was impeccable from the room service to the pool attendant. My wife really enjoyed the gift shop as well as the restaurant. As I stated Hilton hotels are always nice. We are looking forward to Kansas City. Hopefully we can find Hilton.

No mico wave or refrigerator in room. Also no iron. I checked out early due to the lack of emminities. Hilton should make sure their ice machine works. The machines are on every other floor. Three floors were out of order.

I absolutely love staying here while on business in Memphis! I'm never disappointed and if would have a complaint, it was handled swiftly with a smile. While checking in, must be a reunion because there were so many people. I was told to wait, no rush, I didn't mind. No i didn't! The cute bar is in lobby with the most charismatic bartender made time fly. After was smooth sailing complete with daily recommendations on where to eat..lovely!! Housekeeping, MUAH!!
