we stayed one night and the property was a MESS filthy so i sent pictures to Expedia along with my detailed account of our stay. I amm not leaving out of town until tomorrow morning. i was woken up by management at 1130 pm telling me its time to check out but i had pais for a second night already. th3y didn't care.they canceled the new reservation and acted like they couldn't ever the first one I called Expedia to talk to them regarding the issue and they called the property and they told them I had a reservation and they were confused about why the property was acting like they were. They kicked us out because we completed the survey Expedia sent and in the survey we shoqed pictures of the hotel and a detailed description of our personal experience as requested. They called the police and made me leave. Expedia said theyd refund me both nights plus the 50 deposit

Expedia I would not be offering this property, I checked out after being checked in for 5 mins. Unsecure front doors thry are broken, pool is not working, soon as you step in the whole building reeks of weed, def was not quality inn mattress or pillows, no towels, hair on floor and bedding, dresser drawer wouldnt stay shut, cops showed up to remove sleeping drunk person from back door area who wandered in, building also being used as apartments. Horrible def would not go there. The lady at front desk said I know its false advertising but I just work here sorry.

They don’t have pretty much nothing. They have a yogurt and a muffin in the morning and they call that breakfast.TV broken and have no willingness to fix it but keep giving you instruction on broken items. No pillow a in the bed hallways full of trash. Noises at night. So terrible I can believe I booked this. Houses keepers so rude customer services are incapable to respond to questions. I mean so terrible

On the day of arrival November 6th, the greeting staff was unprofessional.and no entries at all in assisting us. I had paid for my room up front over the phone, but yet they were eager to get an additional deposit from me which to this day have not been reimbursed. The facility was not able to provide bath towels, garbage.bags, and the place smelled because it was uncleaned and clearly somebody was smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside the building. I am afraid to reserve from any Quality Inn hotels. If I am compensated for this disgrace which occurred in front of my guess, I would reconsider my future decision. Thank you

The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel stay. I had no room at check in with a reservation. I had to go buy towels and cleaning supplies. My room was infested with roaches. Some of the staff is very unprofessional. The toilet was leaking from the bottom, and I had to use the only 1 towel to put on the floor. I felt like an exterminator losing sleep after finding a roach crawling under the pillow. Will definitely check reviews before booking anywhere.

The entire facility was unsanitary!! There was trash on the hallway floor. Trashcan off the elevator was overflowing to floor. Water on elevator floor. Curtains in room dirty. Shower door had mold. The places smells stale like cigarettes. One set of towels provided. Leaking shower. I could go on but 10 out of 10 would never recommend.
