All was fine, very new looking

The staff was great. The food was great. I always love staying at the Guesthouse and will return in the future!

Awesome place

The property was great for a conference. You never had to leave the hotel.

Everything was a breeze

The hotel itself is ok there are parts that are damaged from flooding and they had nerve to put us in one of those rooms. As far as the staff excellent. However I felt ripped off as I bought a package to tour Elvises home at night thinking they were good for attractions next day. Everything was closed when we took tour . No so they expected us to pay another fee next day that sucked and I’m going to find out WTH that’s all about. We felt ripped off. I spent thousands on this trip now you want nickle and dime me. Had great time till last day

I arrived to check in at 2:36. I was told (with arms folded) that we could not check in until 4:00 p.m. We went downtown to enjoy Memphis. We got back to the hotel at a little after 6:00 p.m. When we went to check in, we discovered that due to the weather, many rooms could not accommodate, and we did not have a room for the evening. I understand that things happen, but they knew this at 2:36. We would have had a 3 1/2 hour jump on our hotel search. We wound up staying at a Super 8 in Mississippi. The hotel staff did ZERO to help us find a place. This was a Christmas gift for my husband who wanted to get away but is not really good with travel snafus. It was a quick trip and wound up being a disaster. Again, I know that things happen beyond control, but there was no ounce of empathy, support, or proactive measures on behalf of your staff. I will NEVER recommend the hotel to anyone.

Guest house was a 5 star experience. So much to cover, plenty of hangout space especially the yard with fire pits and comfortable seating. And every night between 9 & 10pm free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. With a hot coco which the elderly lady wouldn't let you leave without one, BTW it was really good. Please stay there if you want the complete Elvis Experience.. 5 Stars all the way

Everything was great

Clean and spacious room. Nice place

The resort is so beautiful and modern. There are so many exquisite details in the design and decor inspired by Elvis. The property is very elegant and references to Elvis are very subtle. The staff are very helpful and kind.

No cost was spared in the appointment of rooms, common space and grounds. Elvis's influence is everywhere but not overdone or gaudy. Very impressive.

Dreadful service. Breakfast running out of basics such as orange juice and breakfast tea! Staff not turning up to open the bar at 5pm, and not enough staff to cope with demand. Asking for a Sauvignon blanc, even writing it down and being given Chardonnay!! Ridiculous! Never stayed somewhere so disappointing.

We sincerely regret, Lyla, that your stay was affected by the challenges we faced because of the unseasonable cold weather, and we apologize for your frustration. Our team worked to manage the situation as smoothly as possible, though we understand that there is room for improvement and we will learn from your feedback. Thank you, thank you very much for sharing your comments.
