Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Live entertainment nightly.

Staff was very nice and helpfull. Food was excellent. They had alot of little extras like live music, s'mores outside at night, movies, and a pb and j sandwich bar. If Graceland is on your bucket list, stay here

The ideal property to stay at to experience Graceland.Elvis themed and music everywhere.Great place to stay only minutes from the airport.Hotel shuttles run all day to Graceland and other points of interest.

The room was OK. However, there are plenty of room to improve the hotel services. There were some issues when we were there: 1. At check-in desk the female receptionist did not know we were offered VIP amenities ($15 F & B credit). We were told to find out from our e-mail and show it to her in order to get the F & B credit. 2. The computer was down in the business center at 7:00pm, therefore we were unable to print the e-mail sent by Orbitz. 3. One of the bedside light was not working, we called the front desk to send people to fix it at 6:00pm, no one came to do the job when we returned to our room at 10:30pm. 4. We returned to the hotel after watching the Graceland Holiday Concert, the computer at the business center still not fixed. We told the front desk staff named Norma what we wanted to do at the business center, she immediately found out the VIP amenities in the hotel's system! ?

Location great when visiting Graceland Very clean and modern Nightly entertainment in lobby was exceptional Would like to see more breakfast options

Guesthouse was very nice. Rooms clean, bed comfortable. Nice&quiet. Good amenitoes. Elvia always in the tv if you wanted to watch.Entertainment in the lobby. Complimentary pb&j sandwiches every night. Friendly desk staff. Only issue with our stay nvolved EP Bar and grill. Nit that many custimwts and service was nit good waiter seemed disinterested. Ordered caesar sald and got salad not woth romaine, but with kale. Had to find another employee to switxh it. Waiter came back &said chef had bibb kettuce but ultimately brought a mix of green&red leaf. That was fine but waiter never really checked in us. Customwr service keft aomething to be deaired.

Clean, very pretty hotel, friendly staff, great food at EP’s restaurant. Helpful information desk gentleman Eric and desk supervisor Mary very pleasant. Printed out airport checkin for us. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and showed us Southern Hospitality and ELVIS would have been proud if he was here to see it all..

I thought the staff was great, kind and welcoming.

Property was clean and well maintained. Rain canopies should be installed over gate entry/exit machines, got all wet trying to enter/exit and having to roll down window to access card swipe pad. Also would be nice if they would have water and coffee available near Concierge desk. Water was available during the day but removed at night.

The only thing we didn’t like was the extra taxes tacked on at the end. I’ve never encountered that with a hotel. I was told I would have a $10/day parking charge, when I got the bill it was $98+ I would’ve preferred to pay all taxes upfront and paid for parking upfront then get a surprise bill at the end of a wonderful stay.

i loved it ALL. The staff was excellent and so friendly and helpful. It was so nice being picked up at the airport and taken back. I loved the huge and nice theater and the Elvis movies as well as the ones on our TV plus Elvis songs every where to be heard. I missed out on the pb&j sandwiches but after a full day of sightseeing, we hit the great sleeping bed by l0:00. I am telling my friends they need to go!

Beautiful decor & convenient for walking to Graceland. Service slow for check in & food.

Not enough places to eat and way over priced. Got no breakfast. Not even a cup of coffee. For $240 they did a very poor job of making it a place I would want to go back to.

Great space. Felt like a high roller walking into a vegas resort. Staff very friendly and helpful upon entry. Long, long way from elevator to room (103 3' paces). No microwave in rooms. Had one in the room with the ice and snack machines NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR 100 YARDS AWAY. Couldnt find an orientation book for the hotel or area in the room, only had room service menus on the counter. Went to walk the facility and asked info desk about hotel and area information and was met with blank stare then look of "what are you talking about?" Seems they have and want you captive. Had a couple of ďrinks at the bar, $11 Makers Mark & $11 Crown Royal NEAT plus $9 in taxes kept me away for the remainder of my stay. I did not eat in either of the restaurants but heard that was likely a good thing. Quality and service were supposedly fine but perceived value for cost and questionable guest check tip practices were conveyed to me by several fellow guests. Staff were courteuos and friendly but on two occassions i watched the bellhops counting their cash in the entryway of the lobby. The best employee i encountered encounter by far was Raquel(sp) your greeter at the valet stand. She is a definate asset for you. I enjoyed the PBJ&Banana bar idea though the wait in line turned many away from enjoying the experience due to lack of a more effecient service system. Might i suggest two lines or a strictly PBJ&B line without all the other goodies. Small observation for a gratis item which i did enjoy.

I enjoyed everything, the staff was amazing always smiling and willing to help you. Also very clean rooms, the food was good. we will certainly come back next year God willing. Thank you for your services.

property was clean quiet and staff was friendly, didn't like food at the buffet and charge for parking

The room was spacious, with all up to date features and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The hall carpets, wallpaper and conference area ladies room needs to be cleaned. The buffet breakfast is only ok, but the grits are amazing.

As you discovered, our next-door neighbor status with Elvis Presley’s beloved homestead has made our one-of-a-kind property a popular destination for those coming to The Birthplace of Rock and Roll to make King-inspired memories. That said, we were delighted that each and every aspect of your own Guest House at Graceland experience exceeded your expectations and we thank you for gifting us with your top five-star rating. It was a pleasure to have you settle in with us for a little bit of your holiday season this year and we thank you for sharing this informative review of your stay. Whilst the King-inspired ambiance and convenient location of our hotel may have brought you through our doors, it was disappointing to know that it was the quality of service that you received from our team members that may keep you from returning. We sincerely apologize for the disappointments that you encountered and appreciate you bringing this to our full attention. Rest assured, your experience will be used as a teachable moment for our Front Desk to ensure that similar situations are alleviated. We hope you will give us a chance to restore your confidence in us on a future visit to Memphis.

We can’t tell you how delighted we were to hear that your experience at our Graceland-inspired property was so memorable, with just one hiccup in efficient service while dining at E.P.’s Bar and Grill. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with your meal and appreciate you taking a moment to share the specifics of your experience so we can ensure similar situations are alleviated for the future. We hope that this misstep in genuine warm Southern hospitality won’t stray you from returning through our doors on your next visit to Memphis as we would love to have a chance to truly win over your heart with a stay befitting The King of Rock and Roll from beginning to end.

Reading that you feel The King of Rock and Roll himself would be proud of our one-of-a-kind property means the world to us. After all, The Guest House at Graceland is meant in part to be the realization of his own dream of having a place for his friends and family to stay when visiting Memphis. Our guests, such as yourself, now take on this role and we thank you for letting us know that our genuine warm Southern hospitality made your experience so memorable. Thus on behalf of Eric, Mary, and all of your new Guest House family, the pleasure was ours and we hope it won’t be long before we’re welcoming you back ‘home’!
