Reception staff not friendly. Our room bed had a metal bar protruding underneath and hurt my daughter's leg every time she gets out of bed. Highlighted to the manager this morning 31May and he takes it lightly and apologise. At least he could have immediately called their engineering people to look into it before other people gets hurt. Room 413.

Overall, the hotel was great, clean, great setvice. However, the free WiFi didn't work at all, so we had no choice but to upgrade even to open a browser on the laptop. The fridge did not have a mini freezer in it. This was our babymoon trip. We only wanted a hotel with an indoor pool, apparently, it's out of service. We got our parking fee waived, but I feel like it wasnt enough to make up for it. Forwe wiuld have never booked this hotel if we knew the pool was not available. I was really looking forward to a nice swim.

Courtesies were good and everyone was very cordial.

Stayed there for one night in memphis and it was perfect for my needs comfortable bed, good internet and right across the street from a terrific restaurant called Napa Cafe where the food and wine were terrific. Will stay here every time I'm back

The staff at this hotel were so personable and made sure we were comfortable. The shuttle service is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for the location and price. Within walking distance of restaurants, stores, salons.

Great staff.... Clean rooms... Wallpaper needed a little attention... And shower nozzle needed tightening but over very good! Has refrigerator and microwave...

Great! Love staff. Comfortable stay. I would totally come back.

Good experiece. Staff polite, friendly, and helpful. One elevator out of order, so waits a little long. This should be solved by now. Corridors seem un- (or minimally) air conditioned, but rooms plenty cool. We've stayed here three times, so obviously we're satisfied. A big plus: It's in a shopping area with some excellent (and we're picky) restaurants. Have that extra glass of wine--no DUI. You're already home.

Really good time ..close to Houstons restaurant and fox and hound pub 20 min. From downtown

Very nice. Needs updating but overall great stay. The wife loves the warm cookies. Will stay again.

My 1st experience at a Hilton Doubletree and disappointing to say the least. I chose this hotel because they had a restaurant. The in-room directory said they served until 11pm. After a long day, we went to the restaurant at approx. 8pm and they were closed. Said they had some "airline food" left and they could fix that for us. What does that mean?? We opted to walk to a nearby place that smelled like a tobacco barn. The directory also listed a room service pastry basket with a croissant, muffin & assorted jams for $5.95. I ended up with The Continental - 2 muffins, 3 Danish pastries, & jams for $8.95. If they had not been from the day old store I would not have minded so much. Not a good first experience although the price was awesome. Maybe that should have been a hint.

My daughter, sister and grandma stayed here for two nights. The staff was extremely nice and helped us with our luggage right when we arrived. The room was set up nice the beds seemed clean. The housekeeping however, did not replenish our coffee or toiletries the next morning. There was also black mold in the bathroom, I think because the fan had stopped working. The hotel restaurant was nice, the bar area at least. The bartender Brett was very helpful in telling us where to go out and he was very nice. Overall it was a good experience but could have been cleaner.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. We have always been pleased. Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and staff is friendly and accommodating. Will certainly stay here again. Love the location!

Loved everything about the hotel great friendly people great pool and resturant

It was very friendly and clean the staff was very helpful. I left some clothes behind. The staff was helpful in making sure I got them the next day.

I always enjoy the accomdations of this hotel. The location, resturant, and the rooms are of good quality. The location makes for easy access to my family. The resturant has a great memu for morning. noon and night. by way the cookies don't hurt my feelings. However some of the help disappoints. When I arrived at the hotel no one assisted unloading my bags. Once I had unloaded the car and was in the hotel a man ran up to me to help, just a little late. My Mom said he engrossed in conversation and wasn't paying any attention. Upon leaving the same thing, dispite two men standing at the desk chating. They never said a thing not good morning , may I help or good bye. The front desk and the maid for our room were fine.

The hotel was perfect! Close to everywhere we went in Memphis. Friendly staff, and great welcome cookies!!

Very nice....within a short distance of all the sites

Pleasant and helpful staff, nice facility, conveniently located near the Memphis Racquet Club where we attended a tennis tournament.

The hotel was great, nice area and easy to find. About 8 miles from the airport. They gave me a handicap room which wouldn't have been bad if that was the only issue. I couldn't shut the curtains. The full-length mirror closet doors wouldn't shut. The first night I woke up every time the very loud heater came on. Finally, in the morning, I had to take a cold shower because nobody told me it took a good 10 minutes for the water to get hot. The good was that the bed was comfortable and there was free wireless internet.I was there on business and their meeting rooms were great except they didn't have wired internet, it's probably something they could have gotten for us had they known. The Food was great and staff was friendly. I feel for the price, the room should have been better. [...] I think they gave me a substandard room. I think I'm pretty easy going but this was the worst room I had in years.
