Property was convenient. Big room.

Ridiculous bathrooms with sliding doors which are not closing correctly. The complementary shampoo and conditioner of poor quality. Around 2am I was awaken by a terrible noise on the hallway. There was a group of 4, 5 drunken young people shouting and slamming doors. 1/2 hour later I opened my door and try to calm them down. They agreed but kept the raucous for 1 more hour. During this time i heard other guests coming out and ask them to be more quiet. The pre paid breakfast was also disappointing. There wasn't enough food on the plates,people had to remind the staff all the time to bring more.

I’m not sure this should be a nearly $200 a night room. There was a fresh coffee stain on the tile floor. And some food on the carpet. The plumbing under the bathroom sink was unfinished at the wall and appeared to have been leaking at some point. Not big deals if I’m in a $75 a night room. But the price doesn’t match the appearance. I know everyone’s short-staffed because of the pandemic. I’m just jot sure why we’re still being charged too rates when they can’t provide top service?

Check in was great. Overall, I needed some of my money back. Tv didn't work asked for it to be fixed. Nothing! Wasn't able to watch tv. Sink in the bathroom was stopped up they left a mess in the sick after they poured acid down the drains. The air was barely working (getting cold) had it on 68 and it wasn't blowing just cold air. Overall staff was nice, room horrible.

Urine stains on covers, pool in disrepair (daughter cut herself on the pool wall), carpet tack strip exposed and injured 3 party members, poor AC, water got so hot it burned my son, elevator was down the entire stay.

I picked this place because of the indoor pool since I was passing through with my kids. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. It’s heated and you can swim back and forth between the indoor and outdoor pools. So much fun. The rooms could use a bit of maintenance but weren’t bad. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Love the cookies. Staff was very nice. The property was very clean.

I appreciate the exercise room that came with a couple of treadmills, ellipticals, a bicycle, dumbbells and incline benches.

It was a nice stay staying here will be visiting again
