The traffic outside was allowed to spin their cars around doing burnouts in front of the hotel from midnight til 5am. Impossible to sleep thru the noise. Memphis has a real problem with this.
First time to Memphis, everything your hear about Southern Hospitality, and then some. But of course, this is a Hilton. Super friendly staff, willing to accommodate you with suggestions as to what to see, & where to dine. New styled rooms, comfy beds, large shower.We will be back.
It was convenient and walking distance of the FedEx Forum and many other things. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the stream of the shower and the sheets/comforter on bed wasn’t very clean.

Great room and property. We were upgraded to a suite because our room with 2 queens wasn’t ready. But we slowly learned that the room was supplied with only decaf coffee, no shampoo, no bedding for the foldout couch or roll away, and only two towels and one wash cloth. Need some quality control. Nice people.
Booked the deluxe two queen beds for one night and it was super spacious for four people and a service dog. Will book again!

Overall employees making you feel welcome
This is a nearly new hotel (7 months old at the time of this review). The amenities in the room were very modern. Security was outstanding (have to have an active room key card to access the elevator as well as the room. The lobby area and adjacent bar are beautiful. The location is great (2 blocks from Beale Street, 1 block from the Peabody, across the street from the baseball park.
Would have enjoyed an outdoor pool . An additional restaurant and night club
