Hyatt Place Memphis/Wolfchase Galleria

Second time we've stayed at a Hyatt Place. This time was even better than the first. It has a nice atmosphere, the staff is nice, the rooms are nice, the second, better than the first because the first room had a very small bathroom with only a shower. The second had a nice spacious bathroom with a tub. This room also had a little table to eat at and a microwave. Will stay there again.

Stay was pleasant. Staff and room were up to par. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel especially in Memphis this is the cleanliness I seen.

Its a good location, close enough to what you want to see plus plenty of shopping & restaurants. We saw security and police patrol cars, too. The staff were very good and friendly. But the room was shabby. Our tub faucet was broken. It spun all the way around without a stop and couldn't be completely shut off. Everything was old and run down. The AC was the loudest I'd ever heard in a hotel room. The noise was comparable to a backup/emergency generator. The breakfast area chairs were so stained and nasty that I didn't want to sit in them. And the back entrance to the hotel was always open, even though it had a key reader. Not secure. I thought I was getting a deal when I booked the room for eighty. But it was too much. Not up to Hyatt standards at all.

Hotel staff and service were excellent, very helpful in accommodating my needs. Great location off of I-40 with plenty of shopping and restaraunts close by. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Stayed here and traveled about 25 min to downtown Memphis. The drive wouldn't have been so bad had they not been working on the roads. Other than that, the drive was ok. The room was clean and breakfast was enjoyed every morning! There were breakfast sandwiches along with the regular items such as hot/cold cereal, fruit and pastries.

The rooms are spacious. Separate areas for sleeping and sitting makes a big difference. We were traveling with grandchildren (5 and 2), who really need the extra space to run around.

Love the cleanliness of the room and the staff was super and extra nice! I would recommend to friends and family and will continue to stay at the Hyatt for my hotel needs.

I come to memphis for business. I often arrive to the hotel late and love the fact they have a 24/7 grill. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. I will be back.

Handicap accessible bathrooms specifically the toilet was to low and the rails were to high. Ended up using the toilet in the hallway that happened to be outside out room. The hall toilet was higher but the seat configuration was not suitable for a handicap person. Did point these details out to the management. Otherwise, all else great.

My stay at this hotel was great. I wish it was longer, and I definitely will be booking here again. The staff exemplified excellent customer service. Dante, Albert, & Reggie were very hospitable, and made my stay even better. This hotel exceeded my expectations in professionalism, customer service, and cleanliness.

hande staff Were excellent we enjoyed our stay everybody Treated us with such kindness and hospitality I would recommend this hotel to anybody Reggie and and Albert were great we love the Memphis area the front desk staff were courteous and kind my wife does not like elevators and they were able to get a room on the first floor and we are very thankful

Check in was less than 5 minutes..super friendly staff. This is a very safe location with security in the parking lot! It's actually inside a mall which is super convenient! Breakfast was amazing! They served sausage, eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, all juices, cereal ect and it all tasted great! Saved a ton not having to buy the whole family breakfast every morning! Bed was the most comfortable ever! Pull out was even comfy! Has a refrigerator and a mini kitchen. Absolutely nothing bad to say! Friendly staff and checkout was effortless!

Nothing really special - price should be $80 range to be reasonable and recommendable - traffic a mess during the holiday in the complex.

I usually look for these properties to stay at, but I won't stay here again. I booked this for a family trip stop over. When we arrived, the front desk said that I booked a room with two double beds. I didn't. The reservation/confirmation clearly showed a king room with a pull out sofa. The person there also said that I booked it for 4 adults. I booked it for 2 adults and 2 children. There were no more rooms. The bathroom was dirty and needed improvement. Also, the bathroom door squeaked loud, and it wasn't good to open at night while the kids slept. There was also water on the floor from the A/C. I am wondering if we got their worst room. When I checked out, I was told that she would talk to the manager about points and possibly help with my next stay. However, I have not heard from the hotel.

I wish there was more necessities in the room like lotion and shower cap. There was beer bottle caps under the desk.

I usually like staying at these properties, but this place has changed my opinion. I know I won't stay at this one again. When my family and I arrived, we didn't get the room we reserved. The person at the front desk said that we requested a room for 4 adults, which was false. Our confirmation clearly had 2 adults and 2 kids. We reserved a king suite with pull out sofa and ended up with two double beds. We paid for a king. Also, the bathroom door squeaked really loud, which didn't help with sleeping kids at night. There was water on the floor from the A/C unit, and the bathroom was dirty and stained. The staff said they would give us extra points and help with a room, but I haven't received it. The pack and play was helpful.

It was a good and cozy stay. Good location. Nice staff. The beds are very comfortable. The design is kinda outdated.

Very good experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. special thanks to Karen and Dante they were very helpful at registration and checkout. We were happy with their recommendation of J. Alexanders and the taxi service to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, much more than we thought.

Stay here was great and very helpful staff. Breakfast area was little small and crowded but overall wonderful place to stay.
