2 night stay no room maid service, used towels not. replaced, trash stayed in room from Saturday night through Monday in room . Bed never got made just strange that two night stay without maid service. And I had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels? No hot water Monday morning. Cold shower was not fun either

The property was in a great central location to shopping stores and restaurants. Just 20 mins drive from Beale street and 25 mins from the Lorraine Motel. Staff was friendly! Room was very clean and well kept up! Would stay there again

The staff is amazing! Rod was so helpful and accommodating. He really went above and beyond.

Everything was great with my stay; room was nice and staff was friendly, but there was an issue when I checked out. I had booked the room and paid through Orbitz. I was told at checkout that they were never paid by Orbitz and that I would have to pay around $1,000 for my stay. Since it was 3:00 in the morning, I went ahead and paid them and would straighten it out with Orbitz. Long story short, Hyatt had to refund me the amount I paid, but they just couldn't seem to get it figured out. The Orbitz employee told me the hotel agreed to pay me the $850 back that I paid. I insisted I paid $1,000 and after a while they "found" the receipt showing the amount I paid. Sounds simple, but it took a series of five phone calls over a four-hour period to get it straightened out with Hyatt.

Loved the hotel. Location was great! Rooms were nice and modern!

Kindness, cleanliness and great bed. We were very please and will be staying there again. It was in walking distance of joes crab shack

The A/C units in the rooms are insanely loud. Every time it turned on it started rattling and woke me up. It would wake ANYONE up. I stated two nights. My room wasn’t cleaned. At all. THat’s a little perk of hotels I really enjoy... And the eggs at breakfast did not taste like eggs.

Very clean, nice staff with excellent recommendations for food in the area and easy check in and out.

We were stuck without a car for a night and looking for a hotel with an outdoor pool and restaurants we could walk to. Hyatt provided both of these things. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the hotel was clean and beautiful.

The hotel was updated and very clean but the lack of electrical outlets showed it’s age. Very few options to charge devices without having to unplug something else.

I apologize for the lack of maid service. At this time we do not clean rooms that are staying over unless you have been here for 4 days or more and the service is requested in advance, according to all the posted material in the hotel and the letters in the rooms. We are doing our best to keep our staff safe as well as the guest. I am sorry you were unaware of this protocol. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you.
