This was a sub par Hyatt Place. There was a hole in the floor, instead of fixing, it they covered it with carpet. The bathroom remodel was also bad. Whoever they hired to fix it, did a poor job. It needed a new shower head. It also wasn't as clean as it should have been. The only plus is that the bed slept well and pillows were good.

The room was not clean as I would have expected for a Hyatt hotel. Restroom- restroom floor was dirty with debris in the corners. Restroom-the shower mat was filthy dirty. The shower floor was not spotless as it should’ve been. I returned the dirty mat to the person.. Bedroom- The bed spread had stains on it. It was the nastiest thing ever. I was so grossed out. Of course the manager was not at the location. He told me to email him. I have pictures and videos.
