It was terrible, I was switched to 3 different rooms, the internet was down so I couldn’t do my schoolwork which was very inconvenient and frustrating, there was a bug crawling on the bed, I have pictures, and rooms were kinda clean but the restroom had dirt spots in the tub and hair on the toilet

The lady at front desk during my checkin had a very nasty attitude. The room not what it look like online it had an odor. Beds not comfortable something was biting me the bed was squeaky when you lay down or sit on it I will not stay at this hotel again my husband room he booked for our kids was worse with the odor

The front desk clerk was very pleasant!! Very welcoming...on the other hand when i tried dine in the lady that operated the area seen me come to tue bar,didnt greet me or anything!! Walked away and was gone for loke 15mins. So i jusr ordered me pizza,and got snacks fron the pantry!! Very unprofessional in my book...seemed like she didnt want to be there!! Other than that my overall trip was very pleasant!!!

Amazing front desk staff, Dee was especially good and sorted me out breakfast as they were renovating their breakfast space. My issue was I was not informed when booking that the accessible room shares a wall with an elevator and it is very loud all day and night, very loud! Also the pool was filthy, there is scum all around the top tile and the was is so strong with either chemicals or other that it is so cloudy you can’t see your feet.

When we arrived to check in, they had given our room away. They gave us a key to a different room which they told us was someone else's room, but they would just have to deal with that later. We went to the room and upon opening the door we found another family's items in the room. Obviously occupied. We went back downstairs, and they had to put us in separate rooms that were not joined. It was a huge inconvenience especially given it was 8:30 when we got to the hotel. The fact we reserved the room, and they just gave it away is just ridiculous. I'm not sure why I expected good service since we were in Memphis, but it was still very upsetting.

The worst service I have received in a long time. Room keys didn’t work upon arrival, little to no lighting, and power out for the 4 hours, despite manager saying it would be back in an hour, I was there on the first night of my stay before canceling, checking out and going to another hotel. Multiple calls to the hotel to get them to process the refund that I was promised, but they never call back and don’t take any action. 0/10 and I would rather sleep outside than to give these people another penny.
