The staff was great. We called for an airport pick up and the very friendly lady at the front desk ordered a Lyft. She was one of the most friendly front desk people we had and the positive reviews about Ms. Duffie for breakfast were spot on!

The stay was wonderful during the entire trip. Front desk was very attentive, and had great customer service. Breakfast was hot, Ms. Duffie and Michelle were very sweet, and made sure that each guest felt welcomed & were full before they left! The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, front desk was very welcoming, lady cooking breakfast (sorry cannot remember her name) was lovely, she even drove us to Graceland in the minibus, there are a lot of roadworks ongoing nearby so was glad of this service. There is a shuttle to and from the airport but the hours didnt match with our arrival and departure unfortunately, but we used ubers both ways. There was an issue with the blind, it had fell down, we managed to block the light out with pillows and reported it to the desk following morning, we were only there 2 nights so not fixed when we left. Would definately stay here again if I ever return for a visit to Graceland.

What a change from our last stay two years ago! Excellent staff and customer service. Clean, fresh lobby, room and new decor. Greeted by everyone we encountered. We have stayed here at least once and often twice a year for the past six years on our path to and from Atlanta. Went elsewhere in 2024 because 2023 was awful. Back to the high quality and standards we discovered in 2019!

We went to the breakfast area 5 minutes early not noticing the time so we had to be somewhere at 7:30 so we thought to just grab a quick pastry from some fruit cup of coffee and get on the road and the staff that was working the kitchen on Sunday morning was very rude and startled Us by yelling hey very loudly when we started to get a few of the items that were there and said it was not ready 5 minutes really made all the difference when all we were wanting was something that was already made we didn't have a special request we didn't ask for anything extra so that will be our last time ever staying at that Holiday Inn
