Overall a nice hotel. The staff were nice. It's almost faster to take the stairs as the elevator was very slow. There was always a line of people waiting to get on. Parking seems a little pricey for self parking.

Very nice hotel, one thing , they need to have more shuttle service available at night

Great hotel nice staff only fault just a little bit to far from the middle of the action

Thumbs up! This hotel was a great choice and close to everything we wanted to do.

Adequate for short overnight stay. Security for parking is not the best. Worried about our car all night.

Was in town for BMA's . We tried the Crown Plaza instead of the host hotel. Nice place, not bad food . Will be staying there next year.

Cloud Not Sleep the 1st night...We moved to rooms on the pool side...The pillow s were Terrible....while New...you put ur head on the pillow and would find your pillow Flat...no matter how many pillows you put under your head...Very uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I especially enjoyed the shuttle service to other parts of downtown Memphis. Thank you.

we walked to the Mud Island museum, Beale Street, and the National Civil Rights Museum. The parking lot was secure and breakfast was great.

The lobby area was very nice, and the bartender was nice and helpful. He made great recommendations on food and drinks. The room was pretty nice, and the housekeeper did a great job during our stay.

There was some confusion about valet parking. When I pulled up I told the young man I wanted valet and he told me to go up the ramp. We had to take a ticket and I have never seen this with valet. Sure enough it was self parking so my son parked his truck and they did valet with my vehicle. I got charged for two valet vehicles. Not a big deal but when you have driven 8 hours and you're tired it is

Room was a little on the smaller side. Lack of wall outlets

Our weekend was a great experience to Memphis! We did Graceland, (a MUST see), the civil rights museum,(very good), Beale St., Sun Studios, and more. Our hotel at the Crown was decent, bed was a little uncomfortable, but the staff was extremely nice and always helpful. The location to Beale St was perfect.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very generous and have great tips to my wife and I who hadn't been there ever. Highly recommended for it being close enough to Beale to walk but far enough for a peaceful sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Plaza. The service of the shuttle was AWESOME! The drivers were polite, helpful with the sites to take in and on time with every call. Hotel service itself was good as well as in the dining area. Overall stay was GREAT! Thanks.

Overall the hotel met our needs and expectations. Secure parking, super friendly staff, very clean, good room service, easy to find, close to attractions, would recommend to a friend.

My stay was good. The people were friendly , even on New Years Eve!

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The staff was very professional and they took the time to explain everything to me in a incise matter.

Five of us shared two rooms for the night of a friend's wedding at the Memphis Zoo. We picked this hotel because we wanted something a bit nicer that was close to downtown. Our friend advised us not to stay close to Beale street, but she's a bit of a worrier. The location was pretty good. Right off the highway, I think it was about 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Getting around the city was fairly inexpensive, we used Lyft and Uber which got us to the Zoo and Midtown for under $10. We also walked to Beale street on Sunday, and although it was a long walk, it wasn't bad. We did not use the shuttle because we weren't sure how far it would go and we were pressed for time, but that is also an option! We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, but we did eat in the restaurant. Just burgers, they were good. Personally, I would have liked an earlier check-in time and a later check-out time. Just spending one night meant that we were at the hotel for maybe 15 hours. The front desk staff in the evening was extremely friendly and helpful. The morning staff was very polite and accommodating.

great hotel, close to all the action! you won't be disappointed.
