At first the room we had the tv didnt work... told lady at front desk, very accommodating handled the complaint well and swapped us rooms the room we swapped to i felt like was bigger and she gave us a percent off our next stay, the 2nd room the fridge didnt work but i didnt mind bc i was there for surgery

. For 3 days, the heat didn’t work . No body wash in my room, I washed up with Shampoo. . I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone didn’t work so I had to inconvenience myself and go to the desk. . The room above me was running around and jumping up and down, which was annoying. . I told the front desk about these issues and nothing was done nor did they inform anyone. . I will not be staying at your Hotel again.

I’ll never come back there to stay. Only things that was good where the drinks at the bar. The food was horrible. The smell was terrible in the room. Wish I could get a refund. I don’t recommend nobody to stay there.
