This beautiful historic home in the Buntyn Historic District is nestled between downtown and East Memphis. The updated 4 BR 3.5 bath home has updated professional grade kitchen, 2 en suite bedrooms, beautiful living spaces including a screened patio and outdoor dining with pool and waterfall. Upscale furnishings and classic design featuring plush mattresses, luxurious cotton linens and all kitchen needs - All Clad cookware, Kuerig, French press, Staub and other high end cooking equipment. PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS OPEN FROM May 1 through October 15.
