Entry to front desk sign in area was locked, checked in through small 12" x 12" glass window in wall with 2" pass through area at bottom says it all.

Inexpensive and so close to Graceland. No pool. If you want morning coffee be prepared to go to the closest convenience store.

They are liars. This hotel is run by an Indian family, and they claimed that they have free shuttle bus to the airport and provide free breakfast. Actually there is nothing! When I asked about that, the boss said impatiently that they had losses and therefore they stopped providing these services years ago. They also refused to give me a receipt because I booked through [...]. [...] You never want to live in that hotel in your life time!

Several customers were talking loud, laughing and yelling late at night outside their room for a long period of time. I was not able to get to sleep when I needed.

First off, this was our first trip to Memphis for work. So we were not being too picky about where we were to stay. We just wanted Secure, Cheap, and of course Clean! A[...] We had been driving for 15 1/2 hours and needed a place to sleep. After shying away from cheaper places - reviews were telling of bed bugs...this place was about $75 for 2 people 2 beds. The front desk clerk was friendly, so no problems checking in.All night long the planes are louder than I could have imagined...even with ear plugs and head under pillows every minute or so you can hear - no -feel the rumble of the jets, and traffic passing by. I am up at 4am writing this as I cannot sleep due to noise. And I am exhausted so I should be out right now. But guess it is close to the airport.Outside everyplace has security bars on the windows...maybe it is just the crime in Memphis - but it's unsettling. The parking lot was very well lit and has a security fence around most of the lot perimeter - but don't expect to stroll around the area. The sink outside the bathroom was loose - like you could pull it out of sink very easily which makes turning on very difficult. The room was clean and door locks secure.

This was a one night stay. The location did not feel safe. Esthetically, it did not looking inviting. Once we entered the room, everyhting appeared in order, however the carpets were very dirty. After I cleaned my feet, I had to put my shoes back on. The refrigerator was very dirty. In the freezer part there were food pieces stuck in it ice and ice building up over it. The ice was built up so bad that ice was forming in the lower part of the frig. The bed was not comfortable. The motel's ad in orbitz claims to offer continental breakfast, however at 7:30 am there was no continental breakfast, in fact there was no one there. The doors were locked. We left the key cards in the room. I will not stay at this place again.

this is a very outdated hotel. sheets were stained and carpet too. things in the room were falling apart.

This is a good place if you just need a no-frills cheap room for the night. It's right off the interstate and very close to Beale Street and downtown. However, I asked for a non-smoking room, and it was obvious that the previous guests were smokers. The weather was hot and even though I called ahead to give my arrival time the air conditioning had not been turned on and the room was stuffy. The wifi connection wasn't very good and I kept losing the signal when I tried to use my laptop. The room could have been cleaner. Also, the online description of the hotel promises a continental breakfast and they no longer provide this - the guy at the front desk said they lost their license to serve food. It's also a very noisy location and the neighborhood is not the best.

This hotel was not very clean, several pieces of furinture were broken, including one bed and the dresser. There was no telephone in the room. The location was great for going to Graceland, but was located in a very "rough" seeming neighborhood. The staff at the front dest was very friendly, and very willingly fixed what they could of the broken furniture, an d replaced the telephone. We also had pre-arranged for a king sized bed, but on arrival, were placed in a room with two double beds.
