The property was close to downtown and desirable activities. The pool area was terrible with peeling paint on the deck that stuck to your feet and got in the pool. They put out insufficient supplies for the number of guests for the continental breakfast.

There was nothing absolutely nothing to like about this place it was filthy, the phone was a prop only, didn’t work cigarette butts left everywhere on the property went to purchase water for a tour and the vending machine did not have water and we were told to walk a block to La Quinta we could get water there ...It was so bad and so disgusting. On our last day the air-conditioning didn’t work well so the hotter it got the smell of the room got worse. we finally had enough literally left and had to purchase stay at another hotel before our trip is over...

Roaches and kids (under 21) drunk and fighting out my door. Staff wouldn't do anything. Room floor wasn't swept dead bugs. No ice (ice machine broken) no continental breakfast all he had was a loaf of bread an instant coffee worst motel ever would not recommend it to anybody I actually asked my money back and was laughed at

Very conveniently located, walking distance to Beale Street, very nice updated room for the price!

Very nice for mid tier hotel. Room was not great but acceptable. Two biggest pluses were Direct TV and great shower pressure

Great location next to ballpark downtown and Beale Street

Upon arriving we determined this place was not up to par with other hotels in the area, it felt unsafe and was very old. So much so that we abandoned our reservation and found a new hotel. This hotel is on par with a $60/night room, not near $200. Very disappointing.

The hotel is in a good location close to Beale Street. The value is excellent. There is a very nice continental+ breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking is limited but the location is highly convenient when comes to access to Fedex Forum, Beale St., riverside, etc by foot. Saves on parking cost + uber fees.

Good located near downtown. Only a few minutes walk to Beale street.

The hotel was nice and convenient. My problem was with the desk clerk and parking. When making reservations it said free parking and when I got there the was doing event parking and charging $10 for people to park which left no parking for the hotel guests. As I arrived and drove through looking for a parking space the clerk ran out and asked if I was checking in. After checking in I left and said I'll return shortly and she said by then the game should be over and I will have better parking. I later return and my husband and I went to our room and moments later we came out to head to Beale Street which was walking distance. Another car pulled up as we were walking across the hotel parking lot and the clerk accuse us of knowing the people and said she needed parking money and $10 for each additional persons to be in my room. I let her know I don't know those people and we just so happened to be walking by as they parked... I ended up paying $10 for the people to park because the clerk was insisting we were together.my husband and I proceeded to Beale Street, when we came back she had deactivated our room keys and left message for the night time clerk to make sure it was only me and my husband in the room if not to collect $10 for each additional person or to ask us to leave the primises. I bet she pocketed a lot of money off of parking be we got no ticket or receipt.

They rent out the parking to the ballgame people, so we did not have a place to park during a ball game. The room is not near as nice as Orbitzs pictures shows. There was a big crack under the door so it was real noisy. The door did not have a chain or second lock on it. The smoke detector was laying on the desk. No cover was on some of the outlets. Had to go get soap and wash cloths for the bathroom. Very disappointed in this.

The motel was located within a few walking blocks of the famous Beale Street.

Our room was very well-kept, with new, clean sheets and towels. However, the room size was rather small. The hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the eastern end of Beale Street, across from Autozone Park, a baseball stadium.

We were pleased. The bed was good, bathroom clean, great shower.

This was a great low priced hotel in a great location. Only issue was the noise from other hotel guests from 1am to after 3am. Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was falling apart, the drain in the shower didn't work properly, it was dusty. The hotel manager was aggressive.

Hotel was a little hard to see from the road passed it several times, I would suggest better signs. The over all cleanliness was good for such an old building, breakfast was free but could have been better. Best thing about this hotel was location to downtown Memphis.
