Very pleasant overnight stay. Very spacious room. Bathroom was small, overall a nice place to stay.

Thanks for everything, good stuff good location, good breakfast, close to Downtown

Good price for the location and the staffs were extremely friendly, literally, i had 3 different staffs and all of them were so friendly, not sure its tennesse thing or this hotel!

It met my expectations for a quick overnight trip. Room was a nice size. Very clean. No complaints.

Nice hotel, convenient to trolley line (unfortunately, trolley not currently running), staff was friendly and helpful throughout stay. Location was convenient (Beale St. a short drive away). If you have time, would recommend A&R Barbeque (a bit of a drive from hotel) and Schweinehaus (German restaurant 10 blocks east of hotel on same street).

Simple hotel, out of the way, quiet, but close enough to Beale Street that a taxi ride took maybe 5 minutes.

The hotel was great.. Need something done about the noise control.. You can hear every little noise from the door shutting to the toilet flushing . This makes it hard to sleep.

It first glance it looked nice, but my blanket had dried food stuck to it and cigarette burns. The front desk told me they shouldn't even have that blanket, but did not offer me any compensation. There was also a dirty tooth flosser on the sink, junk on the floor, and the bathroom was dirty too. When I asked for a clean blanket (that was all I asked for) I was told they were locked up for the night, and I could only have one off the "stained pile."

Room was clean, staff was a little confused at my check in but they got it taken care of.

This is really just a comfortable place to lay your head if you are doing a one-nighter in Memphis. It is in some random quasi industrial area next to an animal hospital. The hotel itself and its rooms were clean. Free Direct TV, which is a plus. Cheap price. Free WIFI. The staff members were all super friendly, very professional and pleasant. The location was the pits. And, there is no way you would be able to tell that by looking online. If you are looking to walk anywhere...forget it. I was picked up one day by Memphis residents and they passed it twice.

Friendly staff, clean room, and perfect location. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant experience! My room was very clean and quiet, breakfast was great (waffles, biscuits, sausage, eggs, oatmeal and etc). Downside: no free weights in the exercise room but the treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical were sufficient (I missed that memo but it was listed on the website so it is really not a downside per say). Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Fyi: if you need a cab, be sure to call at least 15mins from your expected departure time as cabs can be very slow to pick up. I didnt mind the 2 mile walk but it was too cold for me to attempt it. I enjoyed my stay/visit so much that I decided to stay an extra night. I got a great deal for half the price I would have paid to stay at a doubletree downtown

Cleanest bathroom I have ever had with NO stray hairs! Beautiful room with a very Fung Shui feel. The hot breakfast the next day was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close enough to Beale Street to take a taxi so you can party the night away! And, it is far enough away from Beale Street for a quiet, restful night. I would stay again.

This hotel was in a good location for a good price.

We stayed here while our child attended new sudent orientation at a local college. The hotel was clean, and our room was very nice and quiet, excepting an air conditioner that sounded like a bit like a parked truck. However, we could not hear any street noise over it. Breakfast was sufficient. The neighborhood is definitely urban and maybe a little sketchy, but the fenced parking lot was safe and reassuring. The location is very convenient to the local schools. We will definitely consider staying here for future visits.

one hotel lady clerk was very rude to me and seemed up happy she should not work there she also had one tooth in her top teeth she was not pleasent the other staff was just fine but soon as i check in i geot yo deal with the very rude lady one tooth clerk

The night we checked in, we got to our room and found items on the table and in the chair left by someone (change, sunglasses, note paper, and a beer can). Other than that, the stay was ordinary. The room and the bed were comfortable. The hallways were hot, but the room was comfortable. There was a good continental breakfast.

This hotel is close to most of the attractions, however, the tram was not working so you need a car or taxi to get everywhere. It is about 2 miles from Sun Studios, & Beale Street, About 10 miles from Graceland. The hotel is in a safe location. There is someone at the desk 24hrs. a day as well as security cameras outside. We have a new Audi and it was fine. Just don't leave valuables in your car. The hotel is clean and the king size bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good with toast, cereal, hot waffles, muffins, danishes, omlete, sausage, boiled eggs, coffee & juice. The staff were pleasant and very helpful for directions. I would stay here again.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would stay there again. Good location for exploring all of Memphis!

The indoor pool makes the inside of the hotel a bit muggier than you would hope for, but the room itself is very modern and comfortable. Continental breakfast was pretty bad though.
