Very nice accommodations - clean, quiet, heavenly bed, will book again.

Friendly staff, very clean excellent value for your money!!

There was construction going on so the restaurant/bar was not open. The workout facilities are sub-par for a hotel of this caliber The rooms are nice.

Lot of maintenance work was going on and staffs were not well trained. I didn't experience usual service expected from Marriot.

Great value for the money. The staff was very professional and took pride in meeting our needs. The property was beautiful and well maintained.

The rooms are clean and tasteful the staff were very helpful. One could never go wrong with Marriott!

good stay, quiet even thought there were several soccer families. Clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Memphis can be tricky to find a safe locaiton, is one. Give it a try.

The location was a little further from downtown than I expected. The staff at the front desk was especially polite and delightful. The room was a little on the small side, but still nice.

I had to switch rooms as the first room I was in smelled... wet. The hotel is located right across the street from an active rail road track. About every hour a train would come by and was loud enough that I had to turn up the TV to hear it.

I had to access a room early to prepare for a meeting in the afternoon and the staff worked with me in obtaining a room as soon as it was available.

This is a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. But, I had to change rooms because the air conditioner did not work. In the second room, the toilet would not empty and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Coffee was not replaced for my second day and kleenex was not replaced. Wired internet is out of date - wifi is the way to go. Breakfast was sad. Still, the bed was great. The location was fine. It was quiet, and I enjoyed my stay there.

Very nicely landscaped with a beautiful courtyard pool and indoor whirlpool. Located in a desireable location. Staff was very attentive.

We went to Memphis for a nephews wedding. This was a half way point for he and his bride's family. The wedding was held at the Brook's Museum. We really enjoyed the location being drivable to down town and other locations. We took a trip to Graceland while there and the worker at the service desk was very helpful in getting us tickets. I can not say enough able how clean the room was and the service we received. [...]

First hotel ever booked with [...] and we did not recieve the room we had booked! We ended up with a totally different room than we had booked online. The hotel was okay a little noisy at night

Room -- good size & working space; very comfortable bed & good sheets. Hotel staff very good at respecting Do Not Disturb sign (problem I've encountered at other places). Very near a P.F. Changs and several malls; short drive to other restaurants and the Memphis Botanic Garden. Free internet in the room and morning coffee a definite plus. My only complaint is that the description/pricing for the breakfast buffet was confusing.

Had a room overlooking pool/courtyard so view was nice. However, I had my children with me and was fearful of letting them play on the provided patio. I saw in two different places where decorative brick structures were directly against the pool fence. Children could EASILY climb over and go right into the pool. Their hot tub is inside the building and they left the doors to it propped open. Don't let your child out of your sight for fear they may wander down that hall and fall right in. NO microwave in room and blow dryer was not a permanently attached one. After taking a shower I was in a panic because I thought they didn't supply one. Called to front desk and they delivered one.

We were happy with the room, only the maid did not come every day to clean. We had to ask for cleaning, but afterwards it was ok.

The room was clean not as big as I was told it would .The staff was o.k when you find some one to.help, was very short of staff after6p.m
