This is a great location and super close to Beale Street. You don’t really need to drive once you arrive. The rooms were clean and modern looking. The front desk and valet were polite and helpful. There is a cool roof top bar, and there was a DJ at the pool.

It was very walkable to all bars/ restaurants, attractions. Room was lovely. Very disappointed at the limited dining options in hotel, and the access to the roof lounge was only available Thurs- Sun. We were there Mon to Wed.

The hotel is in an excellent location. 1 min from Main St, 2 mins from Beale St and 1 min to the river front. The rooms was a good size and modern, clean with most amenities we needed. They hadn’t refilled the shampoo however and there was no body wash either (instead 2 bottles of empty shampoo). Lucky we always pack some just in case. We also had 2 separate reservations due to changes in travel plans and asked on check in if we could have the same room allocated so we didn’t have to check out and back in. We were told that was fine but when we returned ours keys didn’t work and the lady at reception was rude blaming us for not checking out when we had already asked the boy the day before. Because of this they didn’t make up our room so another day of using our own supplies. Not what you expect from a Hyatt chain property. We did use the fitness centre which was great - nice and big with plenty of equipment.

Loved every minute of it
Our stay was great. The room and the view were beautiful. Everything is within walking distance, and we felt very safe. The only problem we saw was all of the construction around the hotel. Not their fault though, it was still a great stay.
