We enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and courteous and kind. The place us clean and centrally located...if I had to fault it I would say I'd enjoy a free breakfast option instead of paying an excessive amount, but other than that we really enjoye our staym looking forward to returning.

The bed was so hard my back was killing me the whole shift

Great location a few blocks from the river and close to attractions such as Sun Studio, the River Walk, and the Civil Rights museum. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The corner balcony in my room offered nice views of downtown Memphis. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything from when you walk in the door to the room

Great central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious.

The Bistro staff was the highlight of the stay. Cheryl and Sloan made our family get together very enjoyable because they were so accommodating and helpful.

Walking distance to Beale st! Hotel staff very helpful.

This was by far one of our worst hotel stays to date, and the ONLY highlight and reason we did NOT move to another hotel was the one hotel staff name Andrew! We would give this young man 5 stars for his professionalism, customer service and overall pleasant and accommodating efforts during our stay. Andrew provided exemplary service, however the hotel just did not live up to its reputation, nor standards. The hotel was beautiful on the outside and the lobby was gorgeous, however when you get to the room and realize that there is no screen on the window so bugs fly in and out the room; the bathtub leaked and would not keep the water in tub, and the toilet was hard to flush, you immediately begin to question the price you paid for the room. To add insult to injury, we literally got no sleep it what was supposed to be a business trip combined with rest and relaxation. There was loud noises (doors slamming) all night long and above our head. When we contacted the front desk the young lady basically dismissed us and nothing was done or even further investigated and acknowledged. In addition, the water in every vending machine on every floor was empty which forces guests to use the marketplace and pay more for a bottle water than the machine references. Finally, there was a leak from the ice machine that was a safety hazard and when the aforementioned items were reported the young lady at the front desk did NOTHING! In fact she said that our inability to sleep with noise

My room was not ready for a 3pm check-in; still was not ready at 6pm when I needed to head to the Orpheum, so they went ahead and issued me keys...when I got back to the hotel I used the keys to enter the room I had been assigned only to find another family in there...yep, walked in on people; very upsetting for both parties. Additionally, my credit card that had been swiped to reserve the room I was supposed to have kept being charged for the incidentals of the family they gave my room. The staff ended up placing me in a sub par room & the staff told me there was nothing they could do about it because I had booked through Orbitz and not directly through them. Awful experience.

Hotel was great, inside staff indifferent, spent too much time chatting with each other, valet parking workers were very good.Would recommend to friends if they could tolerate the staff.

ALTHOUGH PAID FOR VALET PARKING RATHER AWKWARD TO CIRCLE AROUND TO ATTENDANT; CONGESTION GETTING IN AND OUT

The hotel location was perfect. The hotel itself was not so perfect. Our car (which we just purchased a few days before our trip) got a dent in it while parked (by Valet); the room had dirty washclothes in it; no free breakfast was offered. I got charged for Valet parking twice during my two day stay, which I think was unfair.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Got us a travel crib very quickly and supplied us with a local number for pizza given we got in after the cafe was closed. Clean rooms and quiet. Enjoyed our stay

I loved the room but the staff was not into their job. They were hard to find and the bar was not very good.

the hotel was ok but nothing special. Bar was inadequate and the staff was not attentive.

1-would not honor breakfast since reserved not thru them 2-carpet dirty 3-no valet carts to take clothes to car, had to carry them ourselves 4-had to tell them frig. was missing 5-staff not friendly 5-valet parking and got car dirty 6-not happy with this hotel at all

Nice room, decent location, but as the title says nothing fancy. I added the "plus breakfast" option but missed breakfast so I can't tell you how it was. I did have to explain the option and show her my confirmation email before I was given the voucher. I'd stay here again, but I'd prefer being a bit closer to Beale st, especially since you pay Beale st. Prices and are about a mile away.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff was very courteous and efficient. We didn’t try the café but it was very nice looking and well stocked. We will be going back!

Hello Whitney, I'm sorry to learn you didn't rest well during your stay. Of course we want all guests to receive a restful night sleep.
