Hotel was great, inside staff indifferent, spent too much time chatting with each other, valet parking workers were very good.Would recommend to friends if they could tolerate the staff.

ALTHOUGH PAID FOR VALET PARKING RATHER AWKWARD TO CIRCLE AROUND TO ATTENDANT; CONGESTION GETTING IN AND OUT

The hotel location was perfect. The hotel itself was not so perfect. Our car (which we just purchased a few days before our trip) got a dent in it while parked (by Valet); the room had dirty washclothes in it; no free breakfast was offered. I got charged for Valet parking twice during my two day stay, which I think was unfair.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Got us a travel crib very quickly and supplied us with a local number for pizza given we got in after the cafe was closed. Clean rooms and quiet. Enjoyed our stay

I loved the room but the staff was not into their job. They were hard to find and the bar was not very good.

the hotel was ok but nothing special. Bar was inadequate and the staff was not attentive.

1-would not honor breakfast since reserved not thru them 2-carpet dirty 3-no valet carts to take clothes to car, had to carry them ourselves 4-had to tell them frig. was missing 5-staff not friendly 5-valet parking and got car dirty 6-not happy with this hotel at all

Nice room, decent location, but as the title says nothing fancy. I added the "plus breakfast" option but missed breakfast so I can't tell you how it was. I did have to explain the option and show her my confirmation email before I was given the voucher. I'd stay here again, but I'd prefer being a bit closer to Beale st, especially since you pay Beale st. Prices and are about a mile away.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff was very courteous and efficient. We didn’t try the café but it was very nice looking and well stocked. We will be going back!

It was a really awesome weekend! Only complaint is that it wasn't long enough.

Usually stay at La Quinta or Holiday Inn Express and the experiences have always been positive. The VIP service here was definetly a step up.valet parking is $18, a parking garage nearby is another option. The Rendezvous, great ribs,is 4 blocks away,Peabody Hotel is a popular destination to see the ducks,11:00 AM.You can take the trolley,$1.00.to both

Traveled to Memphis for the weekend. Curteous staff and a nice hotel inside. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is within walking distance to Beale St and good restaurants.

The hotel was very good with very helpful staff. Memphis has a extraordinary restaurant in Flight. It was worth the trip!

Only stayed one night but it was quite pleasant -- the staff is friendly, the bistro served a nice breakfast (though i wish it were included in the price) and it was a short walk to lively bars/restaurants in downtown memphis

Nice weekend away to see a little of the music and history in the area. Clean, new hotel with great location. Area seemed safe. Trolley stops about a block from hotel. Most places are walkable if you're not in heels. Eg. Beale st is a little ambitious.

Spent one Friday night. Close to everything, easy to get around.

Hotel was fine... clean, comfortable, affordable. Memphis leaves much to be desired. Anything off of Beale Street is just depressing. Memphis is as dead as Detroit, it just doesn't know it yet.

I stayed here when just passing through, and the hotel is a great find. It's directly on the river, and within walking distance to some great restaurants. It was also convenient to my friend's condo in the area, so that was a plus. Definitely visit Rendezvous for some great ribs! Memphis is a great city, and this is a great hotel to stay in for experiencing the city.

Short walk to Beale St. with lots of interesting buildings to see. Trolly passes right in front of hotel if you don't want to walk. Restaurants along the way offer any type of food.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and the room and hotel were very nice. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, and the lobby was stylish and had a fun atmosphere.
