Nice clean room. Check n was quick and painless. There is plenty of parking. Nice cold AC. Now the stuff that wasn’t great. The tv cable is fuzzy. Ice machine, laundry and vending were all down or out of order.

I had a reservation for a 1st floor, 2 queen bed room due to traveling with 2 handicapped women. I called them specifically to request that room due to the women not being able to walk far, which they said "no problem" on the phone. When I got there, they said they had no 1st floor rooms. So I said cancel and left. The desk clerk had just a terrible attitude, and was not a nice person. I was traveling for 2 weeks and this was BY FAR the worst experience of my whole trip.

The room was infested with bed bugs. I wake up in the morning with bites all over my body. When I did go to the reception there was other people there with the same problem. I will never stay here again
