Great airport hotel. Convenient shuttle around the clock.

Overall nice stay. Hotel staff was excellent. Room was clean but there were limited channels on the tv.

Room was next to the freeway and extremely noisy. TV in the room wasn't working. Elevator was out of service. Staff were not helpful and they were not accommodating specially for someone who just had knee surgery.

We over nighted after flying 20 hours from Perth, Australia, so very exhausted and ready for a proper sleep before flying to Miami early the next day. The hotel staff were very helpful with some things for my daughter who was not feeling well.

The Bistro staff was so friendly, it made the stay!

We were in Memphis for training in the hotel for three days. Though there was no option for lunch except the Subway across the street, the selection for breakfast and dinner was more than fair and the lobby was inviting. The rooms were quiet and nice.

Great Hotel, close to the bad neighborhood, though but then I realized everything in Memphis is close to the bad neighborhoods.....The place ( Memphis) is totally checkerred with bad neighbourhoods.....all over...The Hotel is in a good location thoug and close to graceland.....It is in the industrial area, the staff is helpful and courtious...The swimmng pool may need updating and some side retiling

Arrived at 12am and they send me to a different hotel since they didn't have rooms available

I like staying in Courtyard hotels because they seem to be reliable from location to location. They are all branded the same, and so far in my experience, the staff is all friendly. No complaints.

We had trouble locating this hotel which iis on a dark street and isolated from other tourist type businesses. The only bad experience was Wednesday morning: The cleaning staff knocked on the door and we told them we would be leaving the room an hour. This was about 9 AM. The room had not been cleaned when we returned around 5:30 PM. We went out to dinner and the room never was cleaned that day. Except for that, the staff was excellent and very cooperative,

My overall expirence was great! The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and what anywho should expect. Everyone we encountered from the front desk staff and kitchen staff to the cleaning crew were really wonderful people. We were originally given a room on the first floor but asked to be moved and were quickly accommodated. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed and the air conditioning in the second room was broken in the on position - it was leaking and not controlled by the thermostat on the wall. We couldn't even turn it off, so we mostly froze while in the room. Someone did come to fix it but to no avail. The hotel is next to nothing. It is in the middle of office buildings and the highway. It is convenient to the airport but there is nothing else close by - a store, jogging path, etc. If I could pick this property up and move it somewhere closer to anything/something, I would stay here again.

Inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and very clean.

The staff was great and super friendly. The bistro offered some good food and the room was very clean.

Although a little pricey, the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real negative I had was the wifi was down for the evening I was there.

Lack of trash cans near bedroom area, only 2 in all of that room. no handle grips near toilet,Room is over priced for what was there.the whole place was nothing special, paid less on other trip to Memphis. And seen better hotels in same area. Nice and close to Airport more geared to Buisness traveler stuck in an industrial complex area. Bill Marriot can keep this god awful place. Family and I were extremely dissappointed in this place.Bed that me and lady with me matress was saggy and lumpy like our 480 pound son in law slept on it

Good hotel but the food in the snack area is ridiculously expensive and the in house restaurant is a bit steep too. The restaurant food is pretty good but the value just isn't there. The beds were hard and the pillows flattened out to the point that I had a crick in my neck each morning. The neighborhood isn't terrible but if you go just a few blocks in any direction the quality of the neighborhood drastically reduces. I'd probably go elsewhere if I ever return to Memphis.

The comfort and quality always expected and experienced at a Courtyard

Rotten fruit, no body cream or shower cap, no help with info, grumpy staff, not helpful or attentive. Breakfast awful, slow, service rude. I asked for a cab twice, and the front desk people never called for it. We had to sit and wait for more than a half an hour before the cab arrived for us after the person at the front desk called twice, total disaster.

do to the amount of people expressing the issues with motels i went in and checked the beds, there were hairs stuck to the sheets, on both beds. they changed rooms but ended up with smaller beds. very uncomfortable to sleep in for myself. i felt there cld have been a Little more done then just to change rooms. could not hook to wi fi. there was no continental breakfast:( the employees At the Bistro restaurant didnt know what they were doing and the prices were outrageous!!! just disappointing in the motel.

Staff was very professional and freindly, hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had all the items we needed. All in all, a very good stay, and made the trip enjoyable.
