This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. We like it for several reasons. Reasonably priced. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I’m a white noise person so the HVAC system is nice because it has a constant fan. The bathroom and shower are very nice. The breakfast is wonderful. My husband is very picky about his gravy and biscuits and he likes theirs! I love the fluffy scrambled eggs. The indoor pool is a good size and heated. The indoor and outdoor hot tub are so relaxing. I will definitely stay here again.

Desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, five-stars to him. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, so I give him a special call out. The worst part of the check-in process was the electronic pre-check in. It took longer to do the precheck-in online then if we had just handed the clerk our ID and credit card upon arrival.

Great Hotel, highly recommend for your stay for all things Pigeon Forge. Great staff and guest service. Clean large modern rooms with balcony. Comfortable beds and quiet stay. Don't let the value fool you. This place was top notch and exceeded my expectations. Would stay again if I ever return.

The room was neglected. We had stained sheets right from the start. There was a stain on the top sheet as well as the next one.( the comforter in the same exact place) We had checked in @ 3:00 & left to do some exploring we didn't realize it until we returned around 8:15pm. The girl at the front desk was very apologetic & brought us a whole new set of sheets but of course the whole episode made us a very uncomfortable about cleanliness.She was very shocked when saw the sheets as well. There were also light bulbs that were out in our bathroom fixture. We were in room # 604.
