The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of many wakable things. Our room was great and to our surprise the couch was a trundle so we actually got 1 aditional sleep soace because the couch itself is a comfortable firm style twin bed plus the pullout. We slept as a family of 4 comfortably. The breakfast was amazing and both staff we met for breakfast were so kind and readily answered the questions we had about allergens.

The room was nice, the only complaint would be the room temperature, it wasn't consistent (really hot, really cold). The day bed couch with a trundle is so much better than a pull-out sofa. Traveling with a family of three teenagers, there's usually an argument about who "has" to sleep on the sofa pullout but this time it was who had to sleep in the bed. The staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff.

Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, breakfast was pretty decent, room was clean...sorta... I don't know why, but the heater in room 120 smelled like urine. Not a little bit, but a lot and it was horribly strong. Even my teen son who is the epidome of smelly covered his nose. We notified the desk, but the hotel was full and no options. A cleaner came to spray the filter with "febreeze" and left the bottle with us to use. I went to spray around the unit and the "febreeze" was just water...I guess to pacify us. I don't get it. We don't complain hardly ever, but this was just nasty and a big frustration. We didn't have another option, so we just elected to open the window to air it out and sleep without the heater in our cold room. Can't say I'll be back given the no follow up or apparent lack of concern to not having a heater for our stay.
