Overall, great family vacation spot not too far off the main strip, which is always a plus I know it says on the site that it’s a quiet area but the apartments across the street is pretty hectic It is a wonderful place though I would rent it again.

Nick was an amazing and accommodating host and answered all of our questions. Appreciated all the detailed instructions as to getting into and out of the cabin. The cabin was spacious and had everything we all needed. Great location and tucked away and quiet. I personally loved the fact that is not way up in the mountains with easy access to all that the area has to offer. Would recommend this cabin to others interested in staying in the area. We will certainly be back if we come with our large family again.

Great cabin- great stay! Driveway is pretty steep but if you take it at an angle it’s manageable. Location is great for the activities in Pigeon Forge and very close to Dollywood. No complaints from us!

Found this great little property just off the strip. Super fast and easy to get to restaurants and entertainment. Big bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Host was super friendly and helpful, great communication. It was a great place to stay, definitely book again.

Christmas Vacation

Great stay for our party of 8 and 1 dog. Great location from the strip of pigeon forge. Great to be able to drive the back roads to get to like the grocery store that is right around the corner. The house was great. Enough space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Showers were always hot. Nick was great at getting back to us if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible location

If you’re looking for a secluded getaway with a significant other, there are more private places to stay, but if you’re going with your family and small children, this place is perfect. We usually stay up on the mountain, but that means a 20 minute drive into town, even if it’s only a few miles. This place is right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and literally a 2 minute drive puts you right in the middle of everything for the kids and activities. Just far enough off the Parkway to not feel like you’re “in the crowd”, but everything (Publix, restaurants and activities) is right at your doorstep.

Very disappointed!!

First the trash was over flowing and we had no hot water for a day and a half . It was not so clean and on top that we had roaches. The property mgr was just rude , by stating we could just leave if we where not satisfied, My mom did leave because all the bust .mher need her oxygen.

A Wonderful Thanksgiving week with family

We enjoyed our getaway for Thanksgiving. There were 9 of us including 3 small children and a small dog. Our son utilized every pot and pan in the kitchen cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed use of the hot tub, especially in the cold weather. The children had fun on the slide and swings. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, up the steep hill into the cul-de-sac. We worked puzzles on the coffee table in front of the couch. We watched the Macy's parade on the family room TV. We spent a day at Dollywood. Our little granddaughters, along with their aunt and mom made gingerbread houses on the kitchen table. They made our Thanksgiving pies on the table. We used everything, and every room in the house, along with the outdoor space. The location of the house is perfect for easy access to everything.

Excellent Cabin!

We loved this cabin! It was clean, comfortable, roomy, and so close in to everything in Pigeon Forge. Great green space for the dogs. The neighborhood is very nice also.

House is very nice and has thoughtful touches. We’d stay again. Video games excellent Tube slide clever. Local bear comes and raids the garbage almost every night. Driveway is not for the timid Yay.

Overall Great Property

This property is in a great location. We had privacy, but were also very close to the main strip of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It comfortably housed our family of 8 and two dogs. We especially loved the wrap around deck. The host was very accommodating and great with communication.

Family Fun

We were extremely pleased with this cabin. It was perfect size for our family, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do - The Island, Putt-Putt, Dollywood, Dig n Zone, and go carts. Nick was so easy to work with and quickly responded to my messages. We definitely stay here again.
