This condo is located in the Bear Crossing complex, one of the most convenient and scenic spots in all of Pigeon Forge. You're just steps from the LeConte Convention Center, The Island, and countless restaurants and attractions. The condo sits directly on the Little Pigeon River, which flows from the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains and is known for trout fishing—don’t forget your license!

Getting Around:
The condo is easily accessible via main roads with flat, paved entryways and convenient on-site parking. While you can walk to almost everything in Pigeon Forge, we still recommend a vehicle if you plan to explore the greater Smoky Mountains region. A 4x4 vehicle is ideal in case of rain or winter conditions.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• Sleeps up to 6 guests maximum
• Closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center—walk right over
• Gas fireplace is seasonal and operates October–March, weather permitting
• Drip coffee maker provided—please bring your own grounds
• Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes at the end of August (HOA-controlled; dates subject to change without notice)
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• Any maintenance or amenity closures are managed by the HOA and may occur without prior notice
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

Our stay in the condo was near perfect. The location is great. Right on the strip, but quiet with a view of the stream. We even saw a Bald Eagle just off the balcony! The place was roomy and efficient, comfortable. Near Dollywood, The Old Mill, The Island, but as I mentioned, incredibly quiet. We weren’t aware anyone else was around, even on NY Eve. It was everything we wanted and more.

This condo was in a perfect location for downtown Pigeon Forge. We were able to walk to many thing's in the area and avoid traffic. The condo has all the amenities that you need. The one thing I was most excited to see was a FAN for the bedroom. I have to sleep with a fan on and finding one in the condo was very exciting and much appreciated. Last but not least was the accessibility to the condo. Easy to get to, and it had an elevator which made it easy to get my son who is wheelchair bound up to the condo no problem. The designated parking spot was another appreciated amenity. Will stay here again!

Renting this condo was an easy process. Instructions for arrival and departure were timely and were clearly stated. The condo is right smack in the middle of all of the fun activities—but in an area that makes you think you are ‘off the beaten path’. It was beautiful and very clean. When we book a vacation condo, we always look for comfort as well as beauty. The river stream off the balcony was so very peaceful and soothing. Of course, the two Laz-y-boy rocker/recliners in the living area was main thing that sold us on this unit. We will definitely book this unit again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Nice clean condo, beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with what we needed. Location was great and communication with host was outstanding. The area around the condo was safe and we felt very comfortable walking after dark. Will definitely stay here again! Right at the LeConte center and short walk across bridge. We were in town for the National Quartet Convention and appreciated the location.

Beautiful view over looking the river. We were there for a conference at the Laconta Center and it was very convenient being so close. The condo had all hard floors which was very nice knowing that old carpet wouldn’t be stinky and ugly looking. We loved the parking space especially when it was raining. The leather recliners were very comfortable. The mattress was very firm though. Being next to Walgreens was super convenient. The location overall was perfect. My biggest complaint would be with the wall outlets. Nothing we would plug in would stay properly. Which was dangerous knowing an electrical fire could erupt. They desperately need replaced. The scent plug ins was very overpowering but was easily resolved by unplugging them. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own box fan. The concrete on the balcony was very clean! Fix the electrical outlets and the place will be perfect.

Weekend get away

I found this condo to be excellent. The location is great; you could walk to several area attractions if you did not want to fight the trafic. An added bonus was the ability to sit on the bacony and listen to the Pigeon River at night. The condo had a step in shower, which was great for my mom. The covered parking was a nice bonus. Check in was easy, and the owners were responsive when i had to communicate with them. I will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time with our daughter and our two granddaughters. The condo was beautiful and clean and very comfortable after a day of hiking in the mountains.
