Everything from the check in to check out was excellent. The room was clean , staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Our air conditioner leaked water on the carpet. The staff did come and clean it up twice while we were there. It was a short walk across the street to the Island. We tried to walk as much as possible, but it was too hot. My phone for some reason would not hook up to the wireless internet the entire stay ( I use AT&T network ).

My kids and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Booked at this location due to proximity to local attractions. Therefor I do not place fault on the hotel but for future customer awareness…it was loud at night. Police sirens, loud music, etc. In addition, and unfortunately, we did not swim in the pool(s). Although we looked forward to some relaxing pool time…we decided against it due to the condition that the pool water was in. Brown stuff (not sure what) at bottom of pool, white floaters on water surface and water was very cloudy. Needless to say, we were bummed and will not return to this location.

My family has been here at this hotel for a month and the mgr Tammy was very rude today when we went to extend our stay again. She said that someone had to come in my room today. We around 2.45 I call to ask for towel and she was very rude to my wife and said did they not come by today. I said n they did not. She said housekeeping is gone but I will someone in a little while. Then a maintenance guy came with my towels and when he was her she walked him and said make sure u get dirty towel after I told her that I had put them outside this morning basically calling me a liar about towel. Then she said don't put towel outside door anymore take them to indoor pool and put them in towel bin that pool towels go in. Like I said I have been here a money and put my towels outside everyday now I am suppose to walk to indoor pool with dirty towel. Ok I am the guest I do I

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great. Food was good. The 2 pools where nice, but went to outside one more. The inside pool had floors that had water on and made them to slippery to walk on, that is why we used the outside one mostly.
