I stayed here for four nights. The cost per night was not expensive compared to other hotels in that area. The rooms were clean: Since Covid, I wipe down just everything I’m going to touch, with a sanicloth. Some places I’ve stayed in the past look clean, but when I wipe the handles, switches and the remote control, my white cloth is brown because house keeping didn’t do their job. At this place, my Sanicloth was absolutely white so they cleaned everything that you touch.The beds were clean. I slept pretty good. The breakfast was good, but no variety from one day to the other. There were a lot of good options, but it was the same food every day, which is OK because it’s saving money by not spending on a lunch or breakfast. Staff were very friendly and I had to switch rooms after two days and housekeeping got into my Room and cleaned up really quick so that I could just move from one room to the other and not have to wait until 3 o’clock to put my luggage in. Would I stay here again if I was in town? absolutely! it is an incredible value. I saw no insects, the rooms smelled clean, good air conditioner, and heater.

You should at least allow smoking on the balcony. You should update those hard mattresses,I was so uncomfortable I slept in the chair.Mattresses were the worse part and no ice machines.

Small hotel. Room was clean but bed is past worn out. Towels are paper thin. Not the worst place we ever booked but definitely not the best. Overpriced for what it is.

This is not a glamorous hotel, and the amenities are limited, however, the breakfast is serviceable and free, which is always good, the staff was very pleasant, and the room was perfectly adequate and clean with daily housekeeping, another plus. My only minor complaint was the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working. I did not report it because it was a minor detail. But otherwise it was a nice day at a great price. Also, very conveniently located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge.

We always try to stay at Pigeon River Inn when we go to PF every fall. It is always very clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is typical for all hotels. The location is great. We love going out and sitting and walking near the river.

We enjoyed our stay at Pigeon River Inn. The beds were a little firm, but the pillows were soft so we slept good. The breakfast bar ended at 9:30am which was a little inconvenient trying to get ready before breakfast. The lady that kept it up was a little snarky, but bless her she worked hard to keep it clean and well stocked.

Dollywood visit

The hotel seems dated. However, probably the cleaner than most of any hotel I have been in. They even cleaned my room each day I was there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I reserved the room months before my knee injury and forgot to request a handicap room. However, the manager Provided a handicap chair for the bathtub. It was so very appreciated.
